POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Rude staffs especially that guy who told me that customers are not allowed to fit in right foot shoe as your policy! Unbelievable!! I am a paying customer who wants to fit shoes first and that’s the norm right?! I’m so disappointed, racist store! Y’all better go to foot locker instead best customer service!

JD sells cool style shoes but there is 0 style in the service. Long lines, zero customer service. When I say zero service I mean we couldn't even get someone who was staffing men's shoes to get us a shoe size. He scanned it and said wait in line at the front. Meanwhile, the line is really long. It's a busy store but it isn't jammed packed or anything.

Asked one of the workers for a clearance shoe, he had shooed me away saying he was busy but would be right back, i ended up waiting ten minutes for him to come back, he finally comes back and i tell him i need an 8.5 in women’s fortunately the last display shoe was an 8.5 so he asked if i needed to try it on, i said no. He then left and never came back so i went to stand in line assuming (which is dumb of me) that he grabbed them from the back and put them behind the register. So im waiting in like because they only have ONE cashier meanwhile this line is extremely long, so i finally get up to the register after 20 minutes and these space cadets tell me that they only have the one shoe and no box… my question is why couldn’t the sales rep tell me that instead of just disappearing? And why the hell would they only have one shoe but have it on clearance? Make it make sense none of those workers knew what they were doing.

Firstly, they have very nice selection of shoes and clothes. Over priced, but that's what you get at one of these stores in the mall.
My only complaint was with the customer service. The slowness of the team and lack of organizational skills.
I Asked a lady if they have a size in a certain shoe. Told us she was gonna go check in the back. 20 minutes go by, we see her assisting somebody else. We ask a different sales rep for the size of the shoe, he says he will go check. After another 10 minutes the original girl comes by. & says "what shoe were you looking for again?" When we told her the shoe, she says "we don't have those in your size."
30 minutes wasted, for basic inventory management. Either a very incompetent management team, or employees.

Terrible service, & I only say that because of the comments said during my exchange. I bought a pair of shoes for a gift & returned it a week later to exchange for a gift card they denied my return cause of a SCRATCH on the shoe!! But I guess it’s my mistake for not fully inspecting the shoe before I bought it & the only reason I was exchanging is because I found the person doesn’t wear the shoes I bought, literally didn’t even remove the shoes from the box!! Terrible first experience!!

Loved Finish Line as a kid. This store is so dirty every time. The floor needs vacuumed bad. Grosses me out to even walk in here. Is there no management that cares at all about their store?

They were really slow and kept getting me the wrong shoe size even though I told them which one, then at checkout it asked how the service was and the cashier pressed 9 before I could press it.not happy

One sales person, was checking a customer out... The other three were standing there chatting with their friends, and completely ignored us and everyone else... We had to go get the clerk and ask them to help us, at which point they acted like we were wasting their time... Not a great way to run a store

Ok store if u like waiting in line when it states that it’s open. Open time is 12. Your employees started showing up and counting the tilt at 12:02. There was 6 people waiting to enter store and 3 customers already walked away. It’s now 12:09 and the still haven’t opened gate to let customers in. Definitely not coming back again.
