We stopped in the Fedex at 2220 S 37th St Suite 8 in Tacoma (near Costco and REI) to get an expedited passport. Every one of the FedEx staff we encountered was very friendly helpful. At one point in the process, we got stuck. Thao brought us over to her computer and walked us completely through the online process, printed our paperwork, took the pictures, guided us on all that we need to complete the application and then prepared the application for mailing. We received a text in the next hour that our application was picked up and on its way! Thank you Thao! We couldn't have done it with out you!

Chauncey was so helpful with some important printing we needed. He was calm, cool and collective in assisting us when we panicked trying to get our printing done before closing time.The customer service is top notch.

I’ve had nothing but good luck with this particular location. I’ve been here four or five times now and every time the employees have gone above and beyond to help me out. It’s kinda expensive… but if I ever need something done quickly that also looks good, this is where I’ll go. Employees make it what it is.

Amazing experience because of Ida. She showed me how to use equipment and also assisted with a different size print out that I wanted. She also went the extra mile to make sure the bathroom was clean before I went in. Nobody else acknowledged me when I walked in.

Truly blessed with the opportunity to be helped by Ida as well as Rochelle. In the midst of planning funeral arrangements for my brother getting a funeral program put together Ida went above and beyond in assisting with it all. Decided to do a photo poster board last minute that I was planning to do myself due to time constraints she offered to do it and it turned out better than I expected. Both ladies were a great help and I'm grateful to them for that. Wonderful staff working at this location will definitely return here for future printing etc needs!!!! Highly recommend!!!

My boyfriend and I went into this FedEx location earlier this afternoon. My boyfriend and i walked in and headed directly to one of the printers. The printer email seem to not be working so, we asked for assistance. I was really baffled at why the employee (sadly didn’t got his name), big, round guy with prescription glasses, was giving us a cold look. Another customer walked in, a white guy and he greeted him, asked if he needed help. It is really sad that because of IDK, i’m assuming either we are browned skin and/or the way we were dressed. Mind you, the guy who walked in was dressed all in black, look like he was ready to start something. But the staff wasn’t suspicious of him, because he is white!!! It is so sad this the world we live in. Correction there are 2 different worlds!

I got myself into a pickle by ordering the wrong layout too close to a deadline but Ashlei worked a miracle and got my reprint done so quickly I could have cried. Ashlei really made me look like a pro. Thank you!
