You guys have our business always and its circumstances like these that remind us why. We don’t buy a significant number of bolts, as it is typically our subcontractors that have fasteners in their sub-contracts, but I have and will continue to refer firms to Fastco, as you’ve never let me down and have always gone above and beyond the call of duty. I’ve worked with all the major bolt and fastener manufacturers in the region and all over the county and you guys are light years ahead in many categories in my opinion.

These guys are great. They always have what we need and their customer service is next level. We were in a bind and couldn’t leave a job. Called late afternoon and asked if it was possible to have a handful of bolts delivered and was asked when and where. We would have had missed flights and extra days on the job without these guys.We also had a little oversight on the job and didn’t have enough water with us up a tower. Feeling weak from dehydration but in a rush to finish the job I asked Rick I believe who delivered the bolts if he could find a few bottles of water at a local store and put them on a lifting line up to us. Without hesitation he got water to us with snacks and declined compensation. That is so far above and beyond I don’t know to adequately show my appreciation.These guys have always been so helpful with what we need and patient when I’m trying to figure out what will work but today I feel the need to publicly give a shout out. I wasn’t expecting the service I got but man did they come through!

Hindsight is always 20/20. Instead of going to Ace, Home Depot, Lowe's, and Uhaul, I should of gone to Fastco first, which I will always do in the future . I did not think they would service retail customers, but they custom fit the fastener I needed while I was there in under 30 min. This company runs the way life used to be: honest, courteous, accurate and fast. Thanks again guys?

Great customer service. I worked with a gentleman Paul. He took my needs seriously and made me feel like the materials I needed were just as important to him as they were to me. After finding out what I needed wasn’t really avalible he said he would get it figured out and call me back not later than 8:15am. He stayed true to his word and called me back 8:15 in the dot. I stressed a little bit not knowing if I would get the very time sensitive materials I needed so I made calls to other companies. I ended up finding them at another location before Paul called me back. When Paul called me back he had gotten everything I need, but it was a little late. I felt bad because he had worked so hard for me. I did tell him I found the elsewhere and apologized. To my surprise he wasn’t irritated (I know he work hard to help me), he simply said Tyler I understand and if anything falls through i’ll be here and i’ll get it figured out.

We simply love working with the employees at Fastco! They are excellent at communication and accuracy. I am continually amazed at the speed in which they are able to produce orders. I highly recommend you give them a call if you are looking to work with a company with employees who care.
