Would be great if he ever retruned calls, emails or actually followed through with what he states he is going to do. The man half assed my policy and then made excuses as to why I wasnt being billed correctly until he just stopped responding all together. Not impressed at all. Will not use again.

We just switched all of our insurance to Brian and should have done it years ago. He made switching over easy and put in a ton of extra time on homeowners insurance for a complicated purchase we just made. I can't recommend Brian and his team highly enough.

Brian Arnold has been our business and personal insurance agent for over ten years. He is extremely professional and very responsive to any questions or issues that we may have. I was Brian's first CSR he hired when he became a Farmers agent and I have moved back up here from California to work for him again. I am not only his employee but his client! I would recommend him as an agent hands down. He cares deeply for his clients and being here with him every day shows me he is really wanting the best for everyone who steps in his office.
