“They are so kind here!! From Dr. Showalter who is truly an amazing human to the front desk..but honestly the lab tech..she is so great!! I usually get stabbed over and over getting my blood drawn is usually such an awful experience but the gal here is so good! First poke and over and done in seconds. I love this place!”

“I was just there for the first time today. I saw the reviews and there were a lot about wait times, which I will admit were a little long, but when you're going to see a pediatrician/family doctor, sometimes that happens. Kids are a wildcard and sometimes appointments take longer than anticipated. That's fine.We were there for 2 hours (arrived 30 minutes early as we were new patients). Our appointment was at 9 and we weren't taken back until 9:15. Which again, it happens. I was a little stressed but that's just me.The medical team here is amazing. I cannot stress enough how much I loved them. This was the first time changing doctors for my kid since he was born and I was really worried. I'll take some extra wait time for the exceptional medical care we received.”

“The pharmacist work so hard to deal with a terrible pharmacy setup. They have to deal with so many disgruntled customers because their pharmacy isn't providing them with the bare minimum tools required to run a pharmacy. THERE IS NO WAY TO CHECK YOUR PRESCRIPTION STATUS WITHOUT waiting on a long phone queue, hoping that they maybe received your phone message, or driving into the facility to wait 15 minutes just to find out they never even BEGAN to process your request. This isn't the pharmacist's fault. They are doing everything in their power to help customers despite all the frustrations each of us is met with Hilltop's terrible computer systems. This is a huge failure on the Pharmacy itself, and whoever is in charge should feel terrible for putting both the pharmacists and the patients in this position, when there is such a standard solution - they just aren't willing to put in the effort in or pay for it.”
