The new girl working the front desk took her time and helped me figure out the right space to utilize exactly what i was storing. I really appreciate her help. I went with a 10x10 unit.Thank you again!

About a month ago I received a phone call that my lock and bracket had been tampered with. I currently live near Portland Oregon, so wasn't able to get up to the unit right away. When I got there I found that more than $3000 worth of tools, a road bike, and other equipment had been stolen out of my unit. I'm in the process of working with Urban Storage insurance to recoup what I can. But I strongly recommend that Urban Storage put cameras in their hallways to discourage this kind of theft. They told me that they don't have cameras that can see my storage units, so the thieves were not caught on camera act.

I was here today to drop off some of my stuff and to clean out my storage unit. The lady in the front desk Was being very disrespectful and rude told me I’m only allowed to be here for 20 minutes and I and she opened my storage unit Without my permission, there was nothing in there that was illegal so she shouldn’t have been opening it and I have a disability so So, putting a time limit, when I physically can’t pick something up is very, very, Wrong

Kayla gave me SUPERIOR service! I will keep referring people here! Entire building is clean, smells fresh & no garbage. I was going through the roughest day & she turned it into the easiest day!

Opens latestCloses earlyNot very helpful staff during a crisis like about to miss a flight because the door to your storage won't close because you need a bigger unit. I'm on auto pay and my bill was coming up two days prior. I asked if an exception could be made to move me to a bigger unit and pay the difference for the upcoming billing and was told no. I missed my non refundable flight because of the malfunctioning door at this facility. I will say there is one small guy that tried to help me. He was thoughtful and kind but not the woman who was in charge at the time. Sometimes as a business you have to make executive decisions that don't normally fit in the box of your business practices to help out your loyal customer for over 6 months to a year. Now there is this bad taste in my mouth and I'm currently looking for another storage facility. Happy customers = excellent reviews and referrals.

Just finished getting the lease for a storage space.Jessica was upbeat, friendly and personable while being professional and knowledgeable. Oh, and their rates are great!UPDATE: there is no secured parking. Our vehicle was broken into while we were in our unit. No one from Extra Space seemed concerned at all that my car window was smashed out while on their property.

If I could give this place a negative 10, I would!!!! I’ve paid over $200/month for 2 years to this place. Hours keep getting narrower. Very difficult for someone to use this facility if you work full time. Weekend hours need to be open later.BUT…when you say you close at 4, CLOSE AT FOUR!!! NOT 3:45.We were almost finished loading up our unit at 3:45 to make the ridiculous 4p deadline. My husband had his last cart loaded by the elevator. I was upstairs at our unit …. No elevator access all of a sudden. It apparently shuts of at 3:45!!! He was stuck down there.The lady working there just watched him. She could have used her elevator key to let him up with his last load, but she refused. “The rules are the rules”.What rules?!? It closes at FOUR!!! No signs ANYWHERE that would Indicate that they meant 3:45. She just wouldn’t turn her elevator key. We were talking to one another between floors and she refused to help us. We’d been in and out of that place all day and had already talked pleasantly with her, then this totally messed up rule.Absolutely inconvenient place with a really messed up policy of shutting us out early - totally ridiculous. We were already against the 4p deadline and worked out butts off, nearly having heart attacks all day long to meet that deadline…only to be shut out of the last load. Have to take the Uhaul back.I hate this place. I’m moving out as soon as I can.

Big storage facility, multiple entrances, coded entrances.--Since they changed to Urban storage my rental fees went up without any notice. They never answer the phone either.

Excellent service, clean and secure facility. I felt very well taken care of from the moment I completed my rental agreement all the way through move out. Would rent space there again!
