This place is HORRRRRRRRRRRRRIBLLLLLLEEEEEEE. I would NEVER EVER EVER recommend you bring your car here. I've been trying to talk to the owner for the last 3 months. To talk about what happened... no responses. That's not somebody you want to do business with., NOLAN is the WORST manager. He doesn't know what he's doing and LACKS communication just like the owners. My car was there for months, took them months to even look at it. After the reps looked, they didn't know what to do... so, Nolan wanted to look at it. THAT took more weeks. I had to CALL to ask about it. He finally called me back. He couldn't solve the issue. Nolan was going to look at scrap prices and get back to me... but what do you know? He didn't. Then he went on vacation when I called back. I was told he would call me when he returns.. no calls... let me call them and see what's been going on these last few weeks... SURELY he has to be back. Oh, no answer no call back... I call AGAIN. This time I'm told the OWNER, Emiliana came in and said a bunch of cars HAVE to go... Apparently mine was considered one of the "abandoned" cars.... abandoned... crazy considering I had to call for my car multiple times to recieve an update. So my car got auctioned off and somehow... the new ppl got the car running within 3 weeks of being auctioned but Emily's Garage had it for MONTHS and couldn't fix a thing. Owner is refusing to call or talk about the situation at all after their mistake. HORRIBLE owners, HORRIBLE management, HORRIBLE mechanics, HORRIBLE communication, HORRIBLE shop. Stick with other locals or Firestone who will at least fix and handle their mistakes. I wanted to support a women business but BOOOOO, this company suuuucks.

Have gotten a car seen here twice. The mechanics are super efficient and friendly every time I’m here. The billing is straightforward and I like their pick up process.

Very, veryyyy disappointed in this referral. Got my car towed last minute before closing. Talked to the company about working on my car and not rushing it. It took them months to even look at it, I was okay w that tho. I stayed in connection with them. The manager wanted to take a look himself, took about another month. He said he was going to check out scrap prices for me. Didn't get a call back for awhile, called , he was on vacation. Called a few weeks later to check in on the status and I was told they got rid of my car.... Basically the owner came in and pointed out a bunch of cars, said what's going on, call the owners and get the cars out... Crazy thing is I called back same day or next day and he said my car was taken. I asked, do I not stay in communication with you and always return your call and get back to you ASAP, Norman the supervisor agreed. I had a brand new rim never driven on I could've resold and got junk for my car. I'm highly disappointed. Owner has failed to respond to emails. This shop seems to be to overwhelmed. DO NOT EVER GO HERE**Update, it's been about a month since I've EMAILED the shop owner Emily 2 times and I STILL have not received a call back or email back. Pretty sad.This is supposed to be a women ran shop that I was happy to support , nahhhh. Emily just puts a bad picture for mechanics.DO NOT TRUST YOUR VEHICLE HERE.

I went to get my vehicle approved for lyft driving. The rep was friendly and was able to provide some help on one detail that needed fixing before approval. Every helpful. Was able to get approved same day. Great customer service

Even though they didn't have the updated computer equipment to diagnose my 2018 VW Golf, they didn't charge me for anything. I will be bringing my car here to get it fixed any time! They treated me with kindness, and no one was speaking down to me like I didn't know what was going on with my own car. Thank you for being awesome!

Horrible service! Wouldn't do a Lyft or Uber inspection without the actual key which has nothing to do with the inspection! Drove all the way down to waste my time. Took my inspection to A1 instead where it doesn't matter if you have the key or not as long as it starts with the phone. Complete waste of time. They literally just didn't want to do their job!
