I absolutely DO NOT recommend this casino, their restaurants and definitely not their hotel!!HOTEL:No microwave in rooms or in hotel lobby. The pool and hot tub area is ALWAYS closed for "maintenance" and the gym is inaccessible for reasons unknown to even staff members. The water pressure in the shower was so low it felt like I was taking a camping bag shower. No bathtubs in any of the rooms.RESTAURANTS:The deli is so overpriced and food has no flavor. PuyallupPabs is extremely overpriced for the amount of food and terrible wait staff with bad attitudes. The coffee and pastry shop is again overpriced but decent food...if you don't mind living off sweets. Not to mention that I am disabled and to get to your restaurants I have to walk the entire length of your building!! Very anti-mobility friendly!CASINO:I do not see cleaning staff wiping down machines to help with germs and sickness from spreading. Very unclean areas around with trash and full cigarette ashtrays. Forget trying to get a drink while playing because you can't find the beverage servers, and if you do, they're only by the gaming tables. I am constantly approached by other guests for money, cigarettes and buying their change. You can also kiss any money you put in their slots goodbye as the rate of winning even $20 profit is so dismissal that it's ridiculous! Tell me again why I would visit your establishment???

I'm going to start off with the positives, the staff are very nice and friendly people. However the food options at the casino are a joke, it's actually ridiculous. The restaurants only serve seafood and meat. There is hardly any vegetarian options available anywhere. You have to buy an entire pizza. It is not sold by the slice. They mess up your orders too like dining in vs to go and they forgot my side of fries. Also upon getting your first player card ever you get a free gift, that you have to wait in line for because they refused to give it to you till the end. Also they don't give out lanyards for the players cards which makes it easy to lose. Also, their breakfast ends at 11 AM. But they still have all of the breakfast menu's displayed throughout the day. GO TO MUCKLESHOOT INSTEAD

Amazing! This is our 2ndChristmas dinner there. Rojay and Sam took such great care of us. We had sea bass, lobster, and steak at our table. The French onion soup is probably the best we have ever had!! Keep it up!!

Just want to post a note for a lady at the front desk, On Dec 1, we get to the hotel early and I was asking if our room is ready. This lady was rude, without checking, she immediately said, no and by the way check in is 4 pm.I called the concierge right away and they said the room is ready and that we can check in.She is no good front desk person, she should be in the kitchen.

Our new favorite casino. It is very clean and the customer service is excellent. The staff is friendly. I always feel safe when I go there. The last time I went my husband and I ate at the restaurant Put]yalapaps where we met Adam Morton the staff shift manager and Pedro took care of us. Service was impeccable and the food was delicious!

I bought a ticket for a concert.I canceled work for this event.Security were blue brick walls.Robotic. Rigid. Cold. Indifferent.Ushers were absent. Or bored.I never saw them in the venue. The voms and aisles were empty. The smoke was also very toxic.I was told to abandon my bag.For random people to steal.Housekeepers did not keep at all.A white powder spill sat for hours.Their ticket scanners were OK.I left my bag home and went back. Two and half hours on four buses. That made me 45 minutes late.No real options for bag storage. No real concern for guest safety.I would rarely ever visit this place. The ticket was well worth the price.

I have stayed at the new hotel two times in the last few months. The hotel is nice. It is detached from the casino. The staff are friendly and prompt. The rooms are nice, as well. Nothing fancy, but clean and new. This past time I was staying on a Friday night and it was very quiet. My only complaint is that there are no microwaves in the room. I typically get food and want to heat it up later, so that's kind of a bummer. There are refrigerators and they have nice blow dryers. The casino is fine. Pretty standard. I do get some good comps, especially with food. Also, I seem to earn points quite quickly and can use those wherever I'd like. All in all, good experience.

This used to be a great casino to go to. But it is definitely not anymore. And I am not just saying that because I lost today and the last 20 times I've been here. I understand the odds. This place sucks for a multitude of reasons. $7.50 for a beer? Are you kidding me? On top of the coldest slots the darkest dingiest atmosphere and by the way it's a hard pass for a non-smoker. This place is ghetto in every single way.

Small but very nice entertainment space. The casino is quite nice also, although I didn't gamble. Customer service is very nice, the speciality drink was top notch too and large for the cost. Parking was not bad, I got there an hour before they open the venue. Leaving was a bit hectic because the only way out is the elevators or escalators. Overall, I had an enjoyable night for the cost. Plan to go again.

Seems like I always do great when I first get there. Then everything goes downhill. I guess I just need to leave after that first big win.Very clean, lot's of drink stations and bathrooms thru out.Fun place. Just get out before you give it all back.

EQ is very dark inside. Security area only present in the entries. I saw a security guard sitting at a slot machine with his feet up talking to a housekeeper for 20 minutes. I was asked by a few homeless looking people if I had money or spare change. My wife gets nervous going there. Most of the restaurants are very good at good prices. Fair amount of slot machines but no difference from smoking and non smoking areas. Poor ventilation. Gaming tables are somewhat filled. I decided to stop going there until they clean it up.

Went concert on Sat night. One parking garage was packed with lots of vehicles searching for a space. The other garage was much less busy. Hotel reception was very helpful and provided map for casino, ticket box and event center. Concert venue was was great. Unlike the old casino which was a large room with folding chairs on one level, this one had floor seats plus seating on risers. We were seated rather far from stage on the risers yet were able to easily see the stage. Also 2 large screens on either side provided great views of stage action. Sound was good as was the light show. Best casino for concerts!

There are two EQC's in Washington: Fife and Tacoma. This property is in Tacoma and it still feels and smells like its brand spanking new! We were visiting from Las Vegas, NV, and while my hubs and I took a day trip to Victoria, I left my parents here to lounge and play. Our stay was ~$250/night for 2 nights.Yup, I can confirm it feels like Vegas once indoors. I just can't personally comment on the gambling portion. But, I do like that half of the casino floor is non-smoking and will say my parents left in the green. Our room was very spacious, which was equipped with two queen beds, desk, flat screen tv, mini fridge, and a large bathroom. So between the four of us, the accommodations were perfectly fine and we would consider staying here again in the future.A nice taste in interior design. Throughout the hotel and casino, there were some traditional and contemporary artwork and architectural elements designed by Puyallup tribal members.Parking was free. Decent dining options available, but note there is no buffet.

I am writing this from North Carolina. I am on roadtrip through the continental 48 states and I have found the double deck black jack in my home state at this casino in particular is the best in the country. If you play blackjack you won't find anywhere better in America
