I was apprehensive to come in with the low overall google score.
However, we had a pleasant experience. Staff didn’t greet us upon entering, but it did appear like they were training, and that’s easy to be side tracked.
We were helped with smiles and kindness as I made a decision on my bowl.
The smoothie was good, but the açaí bowl was kind of soupy.
Very different experience than what was depicted online.
We recommend!!!

I feel unwelcomed in this store is about the only way to put it. On more than one occasion the wrong smoothie size has been given to us… (order a 32oz, receive a 24oz) and when we point out the error it is like it is made out to be our fault or that we are trying to get a “free upsize” despite paying for the bigger size ): not sure if the staffing is minimal for the amount of customers and the staff is burnt out or what is going on to warrant the grouchiness, but we will be making our smoothie trips to the Lakewood store from now on… I’d rather travel a further distance for better customer service.

The vibe wasn't the best...the shake was okay...and somehow this location charges more for their shakes than their counterpart on 38th (like $1.20 more).

Don’t listen to the boomers review-bombing this place. The smoothies and açaí bowls are fantastic. The music is a normal volume. They are understaffed but very efficient despite it. My favorite local smoothie joint.

Eh...it's just okay.
Strawberry low carb with peanut butter. Don't taste Strawberry or Peanut Butter. Had a couple bits of banana. Disappointing.

Always been so solid I love me a smoothie, slight inconsistency in how it's blended is my literal only nitpick. Lovely staff and always so sweet. Been back will keep coming back.

Lobby FULL of people and the staffing is short, again. This is a REGULAR scene here at this location. The music is offensively loud, for no reason and the two workers are anything but efficient. You can feel the annoyance in the air with everyone waiting. I’m also really confused as to why the young Asian lady believes it’s ok to wear a literal bra to work and nothing else? *I’m all for body positivity, however I am at ECS, not a night club. I’m also wondering if the management/ownership even care about these reviews, as I see that they only respond to the “positive” ones and yet the same things continue to be problematic. *Spoke with some gals after the fact as they too thought the outfit was ridiculous and in appropriate.

Smoothies are fine. This place is soooo incredibly slow. They could have a line at the door and one person will be making smoothies while two are chit chatting and doing the dishes. They're understaffed but i can't imagine waiting any longer for a steak dinner, let alone a smoothie. I'd suggest they buy more blenders so they don't have to be doing dishes when the line is nearly out the door
