My new to me Nissan has a list of issues I have to get sorted out (so much) easy street worked with me so personally to be able to get my car over there for them to take a look at her. The communication between me and Tony (one of the amazing mechanics there) was amazing kept me in the loop of everything and answered my questions very nicely. My maxima is now up and running (without trying to leave me stranded) and I actually have a better picture of what’s going on inside my car! Their diagnostic is sooooo in depth definitely worth it. Amanda and the whole team helped me get my snap finance to work without judgement as a broke 20 year old on my own that ment the world to me. 3 people looked at my car and told me it was okay and they don’t know what’s going on and one day at easy street they were able to tell me everything that was going on with her. And were very open and honest about what I need to fix first to keep the car running! I have definitely found my long time mechanic shop ? my maxima and my stress thank easy street SOOOO much

They always take such great care of my automobiles and have photos available so I can see what's being replaced, which I very much appreciate as someone who doesn't know much about cars. They offer services to get me home or longer too if I can't stick around at the shop! Very friendly and great at what they do.

Excellent customer service from the get go. Prices seem similar to other auto shops. Follow up with estimates and necessary information is excellent. They are a small business which I prefer. I will recommend to others when I hear of the need for auto services.

friendly, communicative, and honest service. easy to schedule with. i took in my 92 econoline and they were able to do an oil change and multi-point inspection within a few hours and at a reasonable price. the customer service is great, and the shop felt very welcoming.

Probably one of the friendliest garages I have been to. I feel their price to do diagnostics was fair, but their quote seemed a little inflated. I opted to take the car home and do the work myself, and I'm glad I did. For what they quoted at 2.5hrs of work, and $320 in parts, took me a whole 40 minutes and $98 in parts in my driveway.
