Absolutely outstanding customer service!I needed some supplies for my grandfather so I googled to see what was near me and the nicest gentleman answered the phone. He stated that he had everything I was looking for but was closing soon, he asked how long it would take me to arrive and ended up waiting on me for almost 45 minutes after closing. The gentleman had fair prices and even helped me load everything into my car. If I ever need anything else I will be happy to come by again.

I was told by Home Health, to go here first. I was in need of a few items. I walk into a man with a rude attuited. I was unsure of how to shop in this mess. Started with a shower chair. Which is all I bought. As he was writing my receipt, I told him that the only reason I came to his shop, was because Home Health, said this should be the first place I start. I let him know, being nice and friendly are a plus in any business. He just looked at me as he explained he may not have change for my $57.50 purchase. I gave him $58.00. Went to Hompe Depot found the exact same shower chair for $34.00. No, not taking the one I bought back. Do not want to ever go there again.

This place is absolutely disgusting. I went in there to find a bed pan for my mother and there was one in the box with p*** inside that they were selling. Yuk!!!

Purchased a used bi-pap machine with hoses and mask for $50. The machine only had 4 hours of use on it. The owner was so helpful and kind. We have gone back for wheeled walkers etc. and gotten excellent deals. He has is wonderful and I highly recommend him.

I came in for oxygen tubing and Robert was very helpful, direct, and quick! I was in and out in 10 minutes. Good to know that if I needed a cane, front wheeled Walker, any wheelchair, I can go to Discount Medical Supply and get my equipment quickly vs. waiting months for something so important to ship to me. Also good to support local business. Conveniently found across from Tacoma Boys!

Store hours are a lie, crowded facility, doesn't buy much of anything... he had me drive here three times saying he buys everything, closed the store early with promises that he could be there in 5 min, but wouldn't honor it, when I finally did see him he said he won't buy hard seat wheelchairs, electric wheelchairs, walkers, or; essentially, anything. Waste of time and effort on my part.

Robert really knows the business. He knew exactly what I needed. Don't be fooled by the size of the small store. He has a lot of inventory and can order almost anything. Also don't be surprised by what looks like disorganization. He knows exactly where everything is. Lol

This place seems to primarily sell wheelchairs, lift chairs and hospital beds. Most of the equipment I have seen in the store is in used but operable condition. The store is very crowded and a bit unorganized. I did purchase a wheelchair and other piece of equipment here which did not disappoint me. The service here is not good though. The man working here acts annoyed from the moment you enter until you leave and can be condescending when answering questions.

The owner of this store was extremely helpful. He even came out to my car because walking into his shop was difficult for me. I had to return an item because it did not fit my home and he was extremely cooperative.
