I came here to buy Nike shoes for myself. They are a bit more expensive than some other stores. But having a VERY GOOD attendant in the shoe section is worth it. Helps with selection as well as sizing etc. that keeps me coming back. And will be back again.

Just now the armed security guy with the beard has been following me around the entire store. Do a better job being discreet even more so when you are armed.

Castle has the best customer service. We have been shopping at this location for more than a decade and never had an employee go out of his way like he has. Very patient with customers and motivated to help. We’re definitely looking for him every time we shop here.
