Every time we get an order that has like 10-15 items. They somehow miss HALF of it every single time.. I don't know who works here thursday nights, but their position seriously needs to be replaced with someone more competent. We called the dasher wondering about where the other half of our order was, and he told us he even asked them when he was there, saying the bag feels pretty light for what was on the order, and instead of double checking, all they told our dasher was "yup, that's all of it" It wasn't even close to all of it, it wasn't even half of it... horrible employees, horrible service, careless attitude. Not trusting or going through Tacoma dashmart ever again.

Dasher delivered to the wrong address and didn't send a picture I used a Big Coupon for 75OFFDM and gave me 27 dollar credit and then support says too bad u lose u have too much credit on your account from the order I never received and now have lost a good coupon and tipping for what??

Quick to fulfill orders. Haven had an issue with wrong items or missing items yet. Area isn't the best, might look a bit shady. There's sign on the building above front entrance and the area around is relatively bright with external lighting.
