This is a great place for storage space! Access to/through the facility is via Bluetooth app - secure and convenient; very clean and climate controlled. (Overhead lighting within the larger storage units would be very helpful to add.). Due to the complex nature of our storage situation, we interacted with the staff on numerous occasions for over a year before moving to another city. From setup through move out, the staff were always very accessible, accommodating and professional. Much appreciation goes to Rebecca!

I like the high-tech state of the art keyless remote from your phone setup, EVERYTHING is keyless ❤️, easy to download app, security cams everywhere, shareable access (again by phone/app), no complaints to date. The person who helped me was Tim & he was great! He explained everything, answered all my questions & rental was a breeze. ??????
Update 8/1: I have since moved to a larger unit; zero wait times for availability ❤️, everything again was a breeze ??????…Why aren’t there garbage cans in the bldg? I think to discourage people from dropping off unwanted items, & they are probably not equipped to dump, so I will bring trash bag next visit. ??. Rebecca was also very helpful I’ve only had interactions with her on the phone but she is very pleasant to work with. Thank you to all the staff.

Secure storage. Great staff that is very helpful. Entry on to grounds, entrance to building, elevators and individual unit is all controlled theu an app. No keys or padlocks to worry about.

Most unhelpful experience. Showed up for the appointment and was told to do the "move in on my phone." When I told her I wanted to see the unit she reacted like it was un reasonable. "We don't show people the units, I can show you the floor plan but that's it." I don't know who would sign a lease for something they've never seen, but no thanks. Customer service training would benefit this location.

This place seems super secure. We arrived early on our move in day and were the only ones there. Everything is app operated so once I had that up and going accessing the facility and my unit were a cinch. The thing I had to wait the longest for was some confirmation email (which wasn’t that long but maybe do everything the day before, as in start your rent a day early, if you are on a tight schedule the day of move in). Just follow the rules- don’t eat or drink in the facility (water is fine), clean up after yourself, return the carts (there are a bunch), and everything goes great!

I’m so glad I chose Daffodil Storage to store my belongings. Tim made the process easy and even helped me find the best location available. The facility is very clean and secure. One of the features I love is Noke. You don’t need keys to open the gate, outer door, elevator or your storage unit. It’s all done with a very convenient smartphone app.
