Exceptional customer service! The staff here went above and beyond to make our experience fantastic. A super friendly and knowledgeable employee guided us every step of the way, ensuring we found the perfect gear and that everything fit just right. We had a few questions about maintenance items, and he took the time to make sure we left with everything we needed. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality gear and top-notch service!

Bought helmet and Sena unit. Good veteran discounts, especially on Sidici helmet. Staff was absolutely awesome!!
Went back yesterday and purchased 2 Hotwired heated jackets. Once again, fantastic veteran discount and the staff was outstanding!!
This was at the Tacoma location.

Bobby, who works at Cyclegear Tacoma has always been very helpful. In the past and up to my most recent purchase of a long quick connect cord for my battery tender, when I call to inquire about a specific item and when I ask to have it set aside, I can rest assured that the item is all ready and when I come to the store all I need to do is just pay for it. A quickly facilitated transaction.

Staff is great and always have good recommendations. They listen to what you are looking for and find you either exactly what your looking for or similar. Staff are also riders and that makes it easier to communicate certain things to them because they get it lol.

Staff at the Tacoma store are awesome. Professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Had a problem with a pair of gloves and they were able to go above and beyond and took care of the problem. Thank you Cycle Gear and keep up the great work.

Really can’t go wrong here. They have decent gear at great prices. If you’re doing tires anywhere else, you’re probably wasting money.
