Venessa has provided us with tax preparation services for the last 35 years. She not only has provided us a lot of advice, kept us apprised of the filing requirements at both the state and federal level, been our advocate before the IRS more than once but she has also worked with us to resolve some difficult issues that arose from an unfortunate family crisis.
