Went the in a panic because my phone broke. I was met with a cheerful, knowledgeable, and kind-hearted representative. She quickly helped me find the best phone at the cheapest price and her personality was beyond anything I've ever seen before. Wonderful. Plus when cricket says your package is 55 dollars they actually charge 55 dollars. No surprise taxes or fees.

Excellent customer service. The minute I walked in I was greeted with a big hello how can I help you today. And I explained what I needed, and the clerk walked me through everything turns out we couldn't unlock my account as I had signed on incorrectly too many times and I did not have my phone for 6 months. Did I fail to read the fine print? Yep

I don't remember how long I've been with cricket.I bought over 15 phones from them in the last 3 years. I come to find out that if I buy a cheap phone from cricket that they'll push my deal to get upgrade push from March this year to January next year if I buy a phone today.In my opinion crickets should give me one or two free phones for how many I bought from them.I guess mint mobile it's starting to look good now.

Outstanding customer service. The gentleman that assisted us went above and beyond what was expected to help my friend get his phone. I don't know his name but when I suggested that he needs a promotion, he said he just got one yesterday, to Manger and I can see why. Thanks again!

The fellow working today fixed my issue, until I left the store. Unfortunately, we've had too many issues with cricket recently, so we'll have to go to a new carrier (my number is being ported now). Most recently, they "temporarily suspended" my phone number while I was out of the country. The most inconvenient possible time! The reason given is baloney, too. Sorry guys, you lost a lot of customers because of this!

This branch in particular is my favorite. Everyone working here is great, but Jonathan is especially awesome.Today I was having problems with my phone, and pulled up as he was putting up the "out to lunch" sign, but when he saw me turn to walk away he opened back up and said he would help me before taking his lunch. He quickly fixed my problem and had me on my way.If the branch manager reads this give him a raise or at least a bonus!I love my Cricket service! They have always gone above and beyond to please me, my bill is super affordable, the insurance they offer is only like 5ish dollars a month and they give you a brand new phone, not a refurbished phone.
