I went in to the store. I was having a problem resetting my apple id password. They were not able to help. Offered to help (possibly) if I bought a new phone -$900. or suggested I could go to the apple store for help. I was determined to figure it out. I did. It seemed to be a simple update. Hmmm.

I went into this store today, the guy sold me a phone case and turned out to be the wrong case for my phone and so the guy was very helpful and so he emailed the owner to see if he can authorize a refund and the owner wouldn't allow the guy to refund me the money back even though I never left the store with their merchandise.... Right now the store has their merchandise I left there without having the money returned back to me and I know for a fact that if the store owner doesn't return you your money back by having their product/merchandise in their hand it's considered theft and the owner should go to jail.for theft..

Great place, clean environment, new store, great employee. As for unlocked devices make sure its not an old phone that's only 3g. Out with the old in with the new! 5G is in!

I bought an unlocked phone so I would not have to pay a overinflated price at my phone company. I use Cricket for my familys phone provider. Unfortunately the phone companies can slow service and you lose service and ability to communicate. I am being told even though this phone is unlocked it is not compatible with the provider. This is the third phone I have had the same issue with. This phone is awesome until your provider cuts functions. Maybe the phone or the providers latest monopoly to keep you tethered to buying from them. Your thoughts. I bought my last unlocked phone from Amazon, Best Buy, and a nother phone store, but I will have to purchase a new device at Cricket store to insure I can keep decent service. ????
