Absolutely love this location, the employees in there are pretty rad and awesome, they have pretty much everything I need and always call to let me know when they have some type of event/sale going on and I'll continue to keep shopping here!

We arrived at the store prior to the closing time of 6PM and the person was still in the shop but had closed before the posted time of 6PM. Even though they were still there at the register they would not open the door for us. Will not be buying product from them any more.

Love this store been going in for 12 years love the manger went in today with two new girls the girl who rang me up today handed her my CosmeProf card and it’s like she didn’t believe me asked me my name then asked me for ID I was completely offended after spending so much money there the past 12 years being so unfriendly

Was just treated terribly by the associate on North Pearl. I am a licensed Esthetician and Spa owner, and was told I am not allowed to purchase my own personal hair treatment/chemicals there. I have always purchased my chemicals there for my hair, and was absolutely surprised when she simply refused to help me any further once she learned I am not a cosmo! She was so nonchalant about giving me the worst customer service ever. I will not return to the North Pearl location ever again. The South Tacoma location was very happy to help me and they accepted my money without issue.

Three stars because the boy who works there acts pretentious and snobby. Too long in his presence and I want to run like hell. Otherwise Its fine.
