I took my vehicle to Cooper's to evaluate my check engine light. Within 24 hours I had a detailed , itemized report for the repairs required. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I will go there again for repairs needed.

After being told the price to fix my car and deciding not to have it repaired, I had a difficult time find out if my car could be driven home or if it needed to be towed. It took all week to find out that I could drive it home. When I did pick up my car, they had a difficult time finding the key for it. I have been going to Cooper's for years and this is the first time with a bad experience.

Had to take my subaru in after my transmission broke. Very friendly and always was able to know what was going and if any delays was notified and updated. Nikki was extremely helpful and pleasant to talk too. Awesome place.

Fantastic place, very reasonably priced for all the work done and my vehicle functions beautifully.
They fixed what Lexus didn't even see.
I will be going to them with all service to my car going forward.
Oh and I should mention as well that my car is a hybrid model so they worked on that (which takes a different type of expertise) and it's running smoothly.
Effective and efficient mechanics and service-desk.

I have been a customer of Coopers for more than 10 years. They are an excellent place for any car repairs and oil changes they explain everything that needs repair along with pricing. They have regular sales on oil changes and many other services. They also have a courtesy shuttle service that really makes it convenient for drop off and pick up. Thank you Nikki and Lance for being so kind to me and taking such good care of all my automotive needs.

These guys went above and beyond to get my big beastie fixed and back to me. They knew I did not want to go to the dealership so they did everything they could to take care of the issue. And Nikki in the office was awesome!!!!
