I have finally found an honest mechanic shop. They are thorough not only with the call I received to explain what was wrong with my car, they also sent a detailed report of parts needed and prices by email. This was my second time taking car to them, once again a great experience! Honest, friendly bunch of folks. I won't go anywhere else then Coopers Auto Repair in Tacoma. Cooper's owner A.A. sent me to a website Support.Sun Auto to help with my compliment with Coopers. Sun Auto sent an email saying how sorry they were with my issues with Greg's Auto instead of Coopers. Cooper doesn't really care about customer service or compliments if the owner sends you to a web site that doesn't really care. Not good customer relations

First time for me to use this business. I received a flyer in the mail with a coupon for a $24.99 oil change. I made an appointment and brought in my car. The shop is easy to get to with ample parking. Oil change was done quickly and they performed an inspection of my vehicle and provided an estimate for maintenance based on Toyota's recommended schedule. I am happy with their service and will use them again.Service: Oil change

Would Highly recommend!Customer service is beyond excellent super friendly very helpful. Will definitely be bringing my vehicles here from now on, Got my car back in no time. The employees who work here are the most professional and caring people I have met at a auto shop. They make sure what they say backs up what they found by providing pictures of the issues found on your vehicle. They worked with me to get me what I needed.Kyle and Lance are some number crunching,straight talking,knowledgeable mechanics . The shop tecs are fast and do good work.The communication was weird because of their text and email ,I dont think they called me but one time. The staff at Cooper’s are nice and easy to deal with. Takes time to explain what caused the issue and makes recommendation. Never try to pressure you at all instead, they’ll tell you to take your time and get back with them when ready. Highly recommend Cooper’s for your automotive needs…

I came in for a check engine light and left paying 200+ dollars they kept my car for 2days plus the weekend because they didn't have enough time to work on my car even after I had set an appointment saying they had to inspect before they diagnose even tho I only asked for a diagnosis on the engine light they ended up telling me something I already knew . my car came in with a quarter tank and said it wasn't sufficient enough for a diagnosis, apparently they need a whole tank of gas to do their job but i said 20 was okay if I hadn't caught them when paying out I would have ended up paying for a full tank and the manager got mad when I called it out all in all initial contact about my issues was good but after they had kept it for longer then they said it would take I was irritated and cashing out wasn't very pleasant I felt played thinking a diagnosis would be around 120 like I've had with the coopers on canyon plus gas which I would think would come out to 160 at least but ended up being 200+ basically payed for a car sitter

I made an appointment a week in advance, asking at the time of booking when I would be able to drop off my car the same day as pickup. I brought my car in at the time I was told, but nobody even looked at the vehicle let alone fix anything. I called near the end of the day since nobody had contacted me and needed my car back for an evening commitment. I was told "they're just getting it to now" and that I would hear back shortly, though it was not possible to complete any work. Nobody ever called, so I took a Lyft back just in time for closing and was told by the man that checked me in that the other woman working the desk whom I hadn't spoken to at any point and had zero interaction with said it was fine to keep the car overnight. So, I got a day without my car, $95 in lyft rides, and zero answers as to what was wrong with my car. I was asked at the time of pickup if I wanted to "try again", but obviously declined. The only follow up I received after this experience was this link to complete this survey/review.

I scheduled an appointment for 8am for an oil change. I was a little bit early and I was the first one in the door. I was prepared to wait for an hour or 2 because I had a meeting scheduled for the time it was in. I was told though that I could pick it up at noon and that was too late for me because I had another appointment at noon that day. He offered me a ride but it just didn't work me. I will just go back to the dealership, they are much quicker and Value my time as well. I give it a 3 star because he offered me a ride and I never received service.

I have zero complaints about the service performed here. I waited about a month to write this review just in case something went wrong right away, but everything has been great. I had a bad (faulty) sensor the next day after the initial repair. I called them and they told me to bring it right away for repair under the warranty. They guarantee their work and they replaced the under warranty without charging any additional labor. They even got me in and out quickly. They are not the cheapest place to get repairs, but the quality is A+ in my opinion. I have been other places and have not had the same quality work. It was actually worth the extra $$, even though any sort of repair is painful to the pocket! Thanks guys and thanks for all of the updates along the way during the repair process. By the way, I REALLY appreciate the diagnostic "pre-test" that you performed ahead of time. When I need service again. I will be back.

Amazing appointment availability. Diagnosed and corrected my tow hitch wiring (fuse) to send signal to trailer lights. Pointed out other issue with diagnoses and corrected that issue same day before business hours closed (brakes at service end). Worked with my extended-warranty. I brought my vehicle in and didn't know why it kept stalling. They determined the root problem and fixed it. I have a warranty of 20K or 2 years on the work completed which makes me feel good about the repairs and work done.
