We are very disappointed that Coopers wasted a half a day of our time.
If you are from out of town and need an oil change in a timely manner this not the shop.
After having an appointment and told it would be 2 hrs we called 3 hours later and were told they hadn't even started. Lubes are not a priority.
We were told "we are not a lube shop."
We took the truck and left with no service provided.

Made a 10 am appointment to get our diesel truck oil change at the Midland shop. When we made the appt let them know that we needed it back asap as we are from out of town. Showed up on time, asked about how long, Dillon asked ask if we could leave it because they were working on another vehicle that would be done soon & he reassured us it shouldn't be more than 2 hrs. Truck is our only mode of transportation. Well after 3 hrs & no call from them we called & were told they still hadn't gotten to truck because they had a problem with another truck. (Funny thing though, most of the vehicles that were there when we left were gone) Dillon tried to claim it was a drop off appt & they don't guarantee a completion time & they aren't just a Lube shop. Needless to say they didn't make a dime from us & never a recommendation to use this mechanic shop.

We took our food truck in to get serviced, and the amount of care/concern that is given from the onset is nothing short of ah'mazing. When I went back to pick up our truck, there were a bunch of men saying all these wonderful/kind things to one another. It was a beautiful sight. Cooper's has a lifetime customer in us. Way to go team!

The oil change and service inspection was done timely and the service technician was knowledgeable. I will definitely return for my vehicle needs.

Lance was accommodating and able to get our Kia in for routine maintenance within 24 hours of us reaching out. As advertised, the service took about 2 hours and our car was ready for pickup on time. While he identified several things that would likely need attention in the future, he did not push any additional repairs or products on us and told us the timeframe to expect to need to address those items. Was looking for an honest and dependable mechanic and happy that we found one.

I love Coopers!! Lance and Dillon made me feel comfortable in getting my vehicle serviced again. It’s hard to trust repair shops now days. They kept me informed and also provided photos of things that were of concern. This has provided me with the visual of what they were talking about and to believe that they weren't trying to get one over on me because I was a female. They are a little on the pricier side, but good work comes at a price and this is the price I am willing to pay! They are also quick at trying to get you back on the road. This is me and my husband’s one stop shop from now on!! Thank you!

Immediately my car was taken in for a diagnosis. The waiting area is comfortable. Nothing was wrong with my car, they reset the engine lights that indicated nothing and THERE WAS NO CHARGE! Great place, great guys, I'm definitely going to be coming back of the car develops an issue. Also, they're in an easy to find and access location.

Came in initially for a diagnosis. Dropped it off early morning, was told I would be called sometime a little after noon with answers. No call that day and had my calls to them ignored. Called them the next morning because they still hadn’t gotten to me, they said it would be done in an hour “tops”. 4-5 hours later I’m notified of what’s up with my truck. Timing belt and some other stuff, they quote me $1,325 on the phone, I said I’d do it. About a week later I got a call saying that they had made a mistake and “forgot to add labor cost” to my quote. With this they then let me know that my new total (including a $200 discount) was $2,250. $900 added to the original price. I never got the work done and have now had my truck sitting pointlessly in a shop for about 2 weeks when this whole thing could’ve been done with or at least solved significantly faster. Good people, horrible communication and a serious disregard for people’s time.

When my climate control fan went south during one of our heat waves dilyn ordered a part pronto and it arrived fast! The part was put on within a hour!! On a hot day!! WTG CREW!..COOPERS ROCKS!!!!

Cooper's customer service is absolutely top notch. I've used them going on 2 years and don't take mine anywhere else. Very honest shop. Quick work. I will use them for years to come.
Clint is great. He also has good food recommendations. ?

Coopers was so friendly an understanding. Dylan was a very kind and resonable guy. I took my car there for a 2nd opinion after the dealership said I needed an entirely new transmission. Coopers investigated further and fixed the problem with a simple transmission oil top off. At the same time, they were transparent and honest with me about things.
