The pharmacist work so hard to deal with a terrible pharmacy setup. They have to deal with so many disgruntled customers because their pharmacy isn't providing them with the bare minimum tools required to run a pharmacy. THERE IS NO WAY TO CHECK YOUR PRESCRIPTION STATUS WITHOUT waiting on a long phone queue, hoping that they maybe received your phone message, or driving into the facility to wait 15 minutes just to find out they never even BEGAN to process your request. This isn't the pharmacist's fault. They are doing everything in their power to help customers despite all the frustrations each of us is met with Hilltop's terrible computer systems. This is a huge failure on the Pharmacy itself, and whoever is in charge should feel terrible for putting both the pharmacists and the patients in this position, when there is such a standard solution - they just aren't willing to put in the effort in or pay for it.

I called ahead to make sure my prescriptions were ready. I was told to be there at 3:45. At 4:15 they told me it won’t be ready until they close. Thanks for wasting the time I was desperately trying not to waste!

Terrible. The only pharmacy I've had to call monthly for a prescription. They tell me it will fill automatically, but never once did that happen. Stay away, unless this is your only choice.

The worst pharmacy.Yhey received my prescription at 9am, whalen i came to pick up at 3 pm, they said thay don't have necessary medicine. Even more They didn't want to speak with me.

Incredibly incompetent and unorganized. Kept putting the call on hold for 30 minutes at a time and even when I got there in person, they still weren't ready. Kept giving timeframes concerning when the prescription would be ready and then repeatedly pushed back the time that it would be ready by (must have been AT LEAST five times). They would only mention the increased delay if someone (even the doctor) followed up with them by the time they were supposed to be ready. Kept giving conflicting information; said they were preparing the prescription and then when the timeframe they gave passed and they still weren't ready, a different pharmacist would say that they couldn't find anything about my prescription on my file and that it didn't exist. This went back and forth MULTIPLE TIMES. And all of this happened within the span of over 2 hours. There is something seriously wrong with the management of this pharmacy and I've never seen this level of unprofessionalism, lack of organization, and repeated delay at any other pharmacy. Avoid at all costs, if you can, and save yourself the grief and your time.

Fine docs, convenient lab, but not every department seems well organized. A real people's clinic. With lots of services and concerned with helping patients financially.

First, it took about three months, just to even get service started. I didn't get the mental health services that I was looking for. I was simply looking to get a referral so I could get a mental health diagnosis and when I called Good Samartian about the referral, nobody knew what I was talking about. I also had a pre-existing skin condition that I was trying to get checked out with through the dermatology department and dr .Eloy Alibin , explain to me why he couldn't refer me to the dermatologist department because he said that skin condition would have to be going for multiple years, I try to explain to him that I've been dealing this for five years and he just told me that if he didn't like my recommendation that I could just go to another doctor. It's crazy that I really waited two months for this type of service.

Drs are cool but the receptionist and office staff are horrible. Won't answer the phone, when they do they either put you on hold or transfer you over so it's not their problem. Now I have to come in person just to get a correction on a work form. Exactly why I'm changing clinics. Don't come here if you want to be taken seriously as a patient. This place has let me down for the last time.

One of the worst pharmacies I’ve been to. Who ever I dealt with today (Elderly looking, white lady) had a terrible attitude for no reason. Then talked to me as if I was illiterate, which I am absolutely not. Geesh, why can’t everyone just be nice to one another?
