The dental tech Rosie was very unprofessional. 1.) she kept saying how tiny my mouth is, BUT only said it while i was unable to speak up. 2) was arguing with another colleague while she was doing my dental xray. I'm sure if someone told her how round and large her body is, she'd be uncomfortable. who is she to believe she has the right to make patients feel uncomfortable and worse for her to be so unprofessional? Rosie needs to be trained on bed side manner, and be reminded that in a office setting an argument with a colleague is not ok, especially in front of a patient.

Never answer calls , dr is rude and unprofessional, office ladies ignore clients to finish gossip. Highly do not recommend this clinic. At least the second floor services !!!!

I was just there for the first time today. I saw the reviews and there were a lot about wait times, which I will admit were a little long, but when you're going to see a pediatrician/family doctor, sometimes that happens. Kids are a wildcard and sometimes appointments take longer than anticipated. That's fine.We were there for 2 hours (arrived 30 minutes early as we were new patients). Our appointment was at 9 and we weren't taken back until 9:15. Which again, it happens. I was a little stressed but that's just me.The medical team here is amazing. I cannot stress enough how much I loved them. This was the first time changing doctors for my kid since he was born and I was really worried. I'll take some extra wait time for the exceptional medical care we received.

I never had any problems with the doctors. But they had changed something, And now it is the stupidest and craziest thing what they did. Why I I can't contact with my clinic. The stupid lady who was answered me after 45 minutes waiting, I had explained to her what problem I have and what I need two times , but she doesn't understand me. She told me that she will leave some note for the nurse and I will resived call from her , it was on Monday now is Wednesday night, no one call me back . I doesn't understand that , they wait me to almost death and than their will told me that I need to to the emergency???? I really need contact with my primary care doctor. Why I can't do this ????? Why I have talk with someone who doesn't work there ? Why the people who doesn't care about the patients working there ??? I am really tyred of this . And again I doesn't complain about the doctors in that clinic, they are awesome and I want stay with them , but now I think I have to change my primary doctor because I want to be live

Overall was satisfied with my experience there. The wait time to get in for a checkup was 3 months, which is pretty long but that isn't their fault. Katie was a great PA, and was thoughtful and insightful and kind. Lab work was done quickly, but I had to follow up to get someone to go over my results with me. That person was really condescending.

The doctor I see is great. I absolutely love her. And I’d follow her anywhere.Staff is friendly, any time I’ve gone, some seem tired or like they don’t want to be there but nice nonetheless.Now… you can never call them, they never answer the phone. I have had to drive there just to ask questions on several occasions (more than 6) which could’ve just been answered on the phone!Extremelyyyyy frustrating, yet any time I walk into the clinic I never hear phones ringing or anyone on calls.

I went to this clinicThey are rude and not caring. The peditrician that sees my son is never available i had to make an appointment qith another doctor and he was very rude and inconsiderate. I probably will be switching clinics because not only are they never available on the phone but the peditricians are either not available or they will give u a medical doctor that has no business seeing kids because they are not peditricians be rude for no reason .

Making calls to this clinic is time-consuming. Call back option (press1, does not always work and have to push multiple times to make it work-) turn around time does seem to be improvingFront desk personnel has often seemed off-putting - to put it kindly..

been coming here since 2017. great experience. love my pcp and the nurses she works with - haven't had great luck with other PAs. but wait times are very short compared to most doctors.
