My budtender Emily customer service was top of the line was about to walk out because pricing was a little high on the items I usually get elsewhere. Emily took the time found an item in my pricing bracket. Instead of letting the customer walk out she took the time reminding me of how service used to be back when medical was around great experience ?

This is my go to spot when staying in Fed. I could rate it a 5 and I could rate it a 3. The tribal brand Flawless is one of my favorites, and they plug on Fridays. I think you should be able to redeem your birthday discount if don't make it on your actual birthday. The app is mid. If they put a bit more effort into customer engagement, these would be even more primo locations.

I've been a customer with Commencement Bay for almost a year now or more. They have a sign up process which promises you 40% off. I've never received it. I've spoke with 3 different bud tenders regarding this. I was ask to write down my email & the matter would be handled. Nothing has been handled. Their Customer Service Is not good at all.
