I have used City Glass for years and they have consistently been incredibly reasonable, on time, skilled, and always perform at the highest level. I cannot speak more highly of them. They always rush to help me with emergency projects and never charge any extra fees. I recommend them for any job!

Very helpful on the phone while placing an order and also friendly and helpful during pickup of product. Quick turn around on a shower panel and specs were correct upon pick up. Price was very competitive and fair!

Needed to get them to customize a large mirror for me, and they were great! They got my job done the same day, and the price was terrific. The quality of the work was flawless! Nice job - I recommend them to anyone with glass needs.

years ago, i paid a great deal of money for purchase and installation of full house storm windows. this business made me pay upfront before the work was done. they offered me a letter of guarantee (which I never received). they delivered the windows to my home but kept all the installation hardware. a year later, when this aged and disabled person finally could afford to have the windows prepped and painted, I contacted city glass, They said "we're sorry, we no longer install storm windows." that was it. nothing more. i complained LOUDLY! and the business owner screamed and yelled at me and frightened me so badly...yet never offered a fix to the situation. I have felt like they stole from me for years, but was too scared to open my mouth. The other day I checked their website, and they still install storm windows!! I want my windows installed, but now I don't trust them to do a good job. This company stole thousands of dollars from a disabled old lady.

We recently ordered glass shelves for our antique hutch. Their bid was the lowest and their timing the quickest. They were responsive and met our exact needs. We highly recommend City Glass.

Called this company looking to get a bid, they let us know they would show. They did not show up, we called to see what happened they said they did not know. Call this company again looking to get something scheduled, they tell us someone already went out but never took down any contact information. I ask who will they send the bid to, I’m rudely told “That’s what I was trying to tell you they didn’t get contact information” Mistakes happen, but the person answering your phones customer service is cringeworthy. Not once did they say I am sorry for the confusion or show any empathy. Wouldn’t recommend doing business with this company.

He took one look and knew it was to a Impala! He went over and beyond and also fixed my shoe which broke on the way over! What a great Business!
