City Center Collision was the best business experience I’ve had in a long time. From the excellent customer service, to their expertise car repair, I’d recommend them to anyone. When I picked up my car -earlier than expected- it was impeccable, shiny and clean inside, out. The damage was 100% taken care of.

My husband had a hit & run, the staff were approachable and kind that’s important to me I don’t wanna feel Intimidated where I’m paying for service even if through insurance. He was very knowledgeable of the process and was trying to save us time based on the claim. I even had to call to listen again to the information he gave and he was still sweet about explaining it over. If we have any problems I would definitely go back and do recommend the shop!

The front desk lady Maggie was nice. The mechanic with a beard on the other hand was not. They called me to come in to authorize the repairs & when I arrive & sign the papers, the first thing he says to me is its a total loss & that I need to take all of my things out of my car. No further explanation. I don’t even know the mans name or that I had to take my belongings out of my car… Might just be another totaled car to him, but I was already devastated about my car so the way he went about breaking the news was very unprofessional. Work on your customer service skills.

City Center Collision quickly got my car up and running after them Kia Boys were at it again. City Center Collision was very communicative throughout the process and was able to get the work done a week sooner than expected, saving me money on my car rental as well. I highly recommend City Center Collision! Very friendly staff and they even cleaned my car completely!

My wife took my to work and when getting off work and got hit by the rear. I took my car to City Center Collision Services in Downtown Tacoma for the first time. They work fast and to top it of the deliver my car to my work when I couldn’t go pick it up. They went above and beyond. My rear bumper look new. Will go back in the future. Hopefully I don’t have too, but at less I know where to go. Thank you!

AWESOME! They were able to get me in the same day as my accident. Maggie at the front is the absolute sweetest. I only dealt with her but the folks working the shop did a great job on my car. Their work is flawless. Also I was out of town when they finished my car and I wasn’t able to pickup for a week. (My insurance didn’t communicate) but Maggie was totally cool with putting my car away until I could get in. Maybe the parts on my car were easy to get but they were so fast. 2 weeks. My last accident took 2 months to repair (different shop). But the cherry on top for me was the detailing they did on the inside. They vacuumed and wipe everything down. It’s the small things that go a long way. I will definitely go back and I highly recommend!

Took my car here, aka my baby, after an unexpected interaction with a fence. (I swear it jumped out of nowhere!) Maggie at the front was so sweet and made me feel better about the whole incident. The mechanics that I spoke with were super informative about all the needs along my repair process. Had my baby back in less than 2 weeks and I swear she looks brand new!! So incredibly impressed with the service I received. Even though it was an outer repair job, they even cleaned the interior, as a mom of 4, that was so unexpected but overwhelmingly appreciated. Any repair needs in the future, I know where I'm going!
