I have had unbelievably poor customer service here and on multiple occasions. I was willing to excuse issues on the first round, but I've been shocked time and time again. I've experienced exceedingly a teller who was rude from the moment I approached her station, and I've been turned away because my request would "take too long" despite showing up 30 minutes before closing. Don't bank here - go to another Chase location!

Someone tried passing a check from me here, and they correctly flagged it for being out of the ordinary and not cashing it. Lisa and her team were prompt to contact me, and then we're amazing when I had to come in and change my account

There's no Chase bank branch here anymore! It's just a Fred Meyer grocery store! They need to take down the sign it's very misleading!

What a S**T show! Here it is a Monday and it is well known to be a busy time period! So one would think Chase would be prepared! Oh Hell No! One person at best working the counter and of course, I saw 2 staff walking around behind the counter literally doing nothing!! But watching the one and only person working. Then of all crazy things out of Manager comes back behind the counter and start talking to the other two not opening the window not helping any customers not doing a damn thing. In the meantime, the line has nine people in at nine. It's crazy and it's like this all the time.

4 windows, 4 tellers working really quick to get people what they need. Great customer service but it’s inside of Fred Meyer. They also have an ATM outside.

Im shocked!!!! Everyone better be careful taking Chase checks for payment from anyone. For the privilege of accepting Chase's customers checks for payment Chase is now charging a $12 fee for the privilege of cashing them. Mind you this cost them nothing but pushing a few buttons. Next thing you know it's going to be $20 $30 the only way it stops is if people stop accepting their checks for payment. Why should hard working people pay them to do a job their customers are already paying monthly & annual fees for. They're double dipping & they're getting away with it.

Get this... I was power of attorney for my aging mother's bank accounts when she was in a nursing home. The feds sent her stimulus money on a debit card. The teller at this branch was unable to take the money off the debit card and deposit it into her account. The branch manager was unable to do so as well. So, what they told me to do was, take the debit card to their ATM outside the bank, cash it there, and come back in, and deposit the cash. I did just that, and ended up draining the ATM completely. What bank cannot take money from a debit card and deposit it into an account? Incredibly stupid!

I was here yesterday and the tellers Ryan and Eki was extremely helpful in helping me set up my account yesterday give me a first time Chase member and when I noticed the sign saying that you guys had a coin shortage I told them I actually have a bunch of coins and they said if you have a bunch of coins that would extremely help us out a lot if you can bring them in so I went home and helped them out
