Deceitful work practice. I walked in to buy a sub for dinner. I bought the sub and a drink and was I was walking out I saw a sign that said free fry day, so I walked back and said something, the worker said “oh that’s only if you say something” that’s extremely deceitful, and it’s a dirty work practice. That sign is placed in a spot where you will only see it walking out of the building, (if you’ve already bought your food) there is no way the average person will turn around tk that corner when they walk in the mini mall. This experience actually made me never want to come back. The fact I didn’t even leave the store and the employee still refused to give me the deal, just don’t even have the deal at all at that point.

Staff is groomed, great hygiene. Wonderful cashier, the cooks like to verify your order as you move down the line, and always fresh! I love getting the gourmet fries.

I like their original fries. They have other fries options. I ordered a sm Philly chicken and fries. It was under $7. The lemonade is good, too.

I don't usually review these kinds of places...but they only have 2, so why not?Charleys is quintessential mall food. This Charleys has been up since I was a teenager, maybe around 20 years? They've always been delish. It one of the pricier food court options. I appreciate that they have moved to an app for their rewards system. I would never have the punch cards when I came to the mall maybe once a year in more recent years.I usually order a chicken Philly or chicken California and they're delish. Ordered a Philly steak today and my kid ordered the chicken Cali. It was over $30 for 2 regular combos with ultimate fries and large lemonades. I downloaded the app so I was able to save $5.Issues- you cannot hear the person taking your order and she can't hear you. Order from your app- it will be way easier. Also, they always look more flustered than any of the other food places. Maybe it's just the nature of cooking the meat as orders are placed, maybe it's that they are busier. I don't appreciate spending $30 for mall food and being charged $.69 for a side of ranch. Also, the $5 discount wasnt showing up for me (they have a sign up saying download the app and save $5 on your meal) and the lady was telling me to use it next time. I asked if she would manually discount it and she refused and said I would have to use it next time. For someone that comes to the mall once a year that's less than helpful. Good service goes a long way. Maybe Charleys doesn't care. Maybe it's a mall thing. It eventually worked and I got my $5 discount but it shouldn't be that big of a hassle.

Each military installation features a variety of chain fast food restaurants and one of the vendors is Charley's Philly Steaks. Prices are reasonable for a large sandwich and the condiments included. Each sandwich is made to order and the steak is cooked fresh. Fries are also cooked per order and not sitting in a tray. Yes, a traditional Philly is juts meat and cheese, but each place does have their way of preparing the sandwich they serve. The large 12 inch sandwich will cost around $10 with fries and a Coke an additional $4. Having fresh fries offered as a side is a great alternative to a bag of chips. The sandwich was served warm and had good flavor. Beware the sandwich has Mayo on it which you can make certain is not applied or any condiments you do not desire. This location is in a food court area so there is plenty of seating and no sales tax. Enjoy!
