Loved this store! They were so kind and helpful. The gentleman running the store even carried my dog food out for me because I couldn’t quite carry it. Amazing customer service, and great selections for such a small store. Will be back!!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The guy working there was clearly running on his last two brain cells as every other word coming out of his mouth was uuhh or a snarky laugh. All he did was belittle me and blame me for wanting to buy a simple training tool for my dog. A training tool he very obviously knew nothing about. I will admit the products in the store are good quality, but with customer service that bad it isn't worth shopping there.

I don't like being charged two different prices for the same bag of dog food. And $18 for a $10 Kennel side hanging water bottle is just ridiculous. Will not be returning. I'll drive out to TSC

Friendly staff and lots of high end specialty items such as military and working dog training supplies, high end chews, treats and durable toys for rough chewers. Price is about what you would expect to pay for higher end items but I was able to find something within my budget as well.

Not a mask in sight, maybe I'll try after the mask mandate is over. But having two people in the doorway not wearing masks makes it difficult to even see what options they have.

Absolutely my favorite pet storeI've been a customer since they were in parkland and now they're in Central West Tacoma. the owner is very helpful and very considerate of his stock the healthiest and nicest options. I highly recommend you you stop in. I believe in supporting local business over going to the large chain stores.
