Everyone here was so amazing and helpful! We had arrived maybe 30 min before closing and 2 woman stayed to help us get our car that night. Granted we couldn't leave without one. The younger man that helped us in the beginning of our arrival was amazing as well. These people really know what they are doing and selling! Thanks carhop from my husband, baby and I.

Payton from Auburn send us to this Tacoma location to look at a car we got approved for. We walked in Marvin welcome us with a positive vibe and a huge smile on his face. In 5 minutes he got us approved with a whole another option of car (the best) & test drive and we finally got a car for our little family now ? If you in need of a car look for Marvin in Tacoma location and Payton in Auburn location.
Great customer service from the Manager Tina as well as their team members.

Please I'm letting everyone know do not buy a vehicle from this store!!!! They are disrespectful rude and don't allow you to pick your own vehicle they pick it for you. We already bought a vehicle from them prior and so we were VIP status and they wouldn't even let us pick our own vehicle ( which were actually allowed to pick our own vehicle because we are VIP) and the vehicle that they picked for us had a gouge out of the tire rear view mirror on the driver side didn't work window doesn't even roll down there's no key fob for the car so the car alarm goes off continually not to mention there's half tint on half windows the car is dirty in the inside and that was our only choice we only got one choice so when we went to go return it and get something else basically they were rude they hung up on us they said they were going to call us back and never did and then they just didn't care anymore well I've gotten a hold of corporate and let me tell you something they'll probably all going to lose their job so if I were you or anybody out there I would not buy a vehicle from that store

Wonderful experience all around. Fun environment with great sales associates that aimed to get us out the door in a vehicle. I have bad credit and a recent car that was repoed. And regardless they helped find me a vehicle and set me up with a game plan to set up a payment plan that worked for us. Definitely recommend
