I felt such personal attention from each and every person I had interaction with, here, from reception, to coordinator, to manager. Oh, and there's that little cutie, Diesel, too! He gave me lots of attention and made my day. The service was so professional and thorough with communication. I can't recommend these folks enough! This is a first rate business and does excellent work.

When they removed the rain guards from my car to paint the door, they damaged the clear coat on the pillar by using a heat gun to loosen the tape, and dented the molding by prying against it. When reinstalling the rain guards, they reused the double-sided tape without the OEM clips, so by the time I got to work, the guards were falling off. When I raised these issues, they argued that the damage was already there, despite the fact that my 2023 Honda Pilot was essentially brand new.
Later, when I brought my car back to address grease all over the inner wheel after they replaced a wheel bearing, they falsely claimed my vehicle had been in another accident because there was a scrape on the lower control arm that was clearly from the same accident that they just didn’t want to fix. They also wouldn’t show me the photos they had taken from under my car. This made it extremely difficult for me to get the rest of the vehicle repaired at a different shop. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

I brought my car in for door, window, and steering wheel repairs. The shop personnel were kind and clear with their explanations in regards to the paperwork, repair process, and cost breakdown. I received text message updates throughout the repair process (which was very helpful), and the repair was completed earlier than the estimated date they gave me (which was also a plus).
