I called to schedule for a Saturday appointment which Jeremiah informed me was him making an exception because the shop is extremely busy on that day. I needed an inspection and quote for rear brakes and rotors amongst a couple of other recommended items I received from the dealership. Jeremiah made it easy for me to make a decision to have his shop work on my vehicle. Great customer service, beat the dealership prices and I was back on the road within 3 and a half hours, not only rear brakes and rotors but also front brake pads, rotors, air filter, cabin filter, and brake fluid flush. Thanks again for making the exception scheduling my appointment I was able to get everything I sought out to get done and remained within budget. Be advised, it's impairative to schedule an appointment ahead of time. This is a busy location.

Super fast service. Took car in with intermittent won't start, Buckys found it to be camshaft position sensor. Super nice guys upfront with pricing.

Stay away from this spot. Car caught a fat nail on my way to work.Smh couldn’t even add some damn air to my damn tire so I could make it a mile to work.

Took my Chevy sonic to Buckys after I broke down on the side of the road. My engine was overheating and I was told that a small part needed to be replaced. 700 dollars later, and a week after, I learned my transmission was going out and I needed to scrap the car. I’d rather they had just been honest about the real issue so I could have used the money I wasted here on the down payment for my new car. Very disappointed.

I went to this Bucky's as it was in route on my way to work. There was nobody but one person on the lift so everybody employee wise was free. The person that approached me ask what they can help me with and I show them my exhaust turbo header with crossover pipe and said I just needed to expand part of the piping to slip over the other piece and I'll pay for it. The guy then tells me that he is going to go and ask his exhaust head manager to see if we could do that and then I replied that I just needed to be expanded a few millimeters and I will pay for it it shouldn't be a difficult thing because I'm not trying to go up another size or a half size. He goes and then ask the head exhaust manager and he looks over he walks off then the guy follows him then he goes and looks at what I have from a distance in the garage and then kind of walks away and then the guys still trying to talk to him then they go inside the shop and then the person originally that came to help me came back out and said that they can't do it because of the fear of cracking the exhaust. I told him that it would be okay if it cracks I don't mind I just needed to slip over but it shouldn't crack at all because it doesn't have that much area to move. He still then refuse because of exhaust manager I guess just not wanting to do this job. I said okay and left and went to a Mexican exhaust shop a little bit up the street told the same thing and they said it was no problem within 5 minutes including the time of swiping my car to pay the exhaust was expanded slipped over and fits snug and fine... I don't know why but for the few times I have went to a bucky's for car related things it is always been me leaving in a negative and going to another shop and they do it without issues. I usually go to promax because no matter what they get everything done how you need to and perfectly fine this is the first time I've went to this other Mexican shop because it was just in the way and they do custom work and I left satisfied.

I cannot speak highly enough about Jeremiah and his team. I had an emergency on a Saturday. They did what no one would do or could do on my BMW for more than a fair price. God bless them and their business . I will definitely be back!

Bucky's has always been known as a place you have to drop your car off and wait for it to get done. Come with a plan to have some one drive you home if you're local and to come back in a couple to few hours. I asked Reddit Tacoma about the wait times for just an oil change and I got nothing but hate towards the old Bucky's. Ha. I can't speak to your other services you all got. This is probably the fastest turn around of an oil change from any of their locations I've had. It only took a couple of hours and the cashier and I had a good laugh at what Reddit users had to say.

Jeremiah and his team will take good care of you and your vehicle. Prices are fair and he won't tell you parts you dont need.
Highly recommend you let them check out your vehicle and get it on the road for you. Honesty in mechanics is hard to come by these days!

I brought in a van that i just purchased that seemed to have a coolant leak. Andrew was working up front and offered to have a look and perform a pressure test if he couldn't find anything. I told him i had to drive it to wyoming asap. He told one of the mechanics working to perform an inspection on the whole vehicle. No leaks came back from the test and they had it lifted to inspect before i knew it, and it had a few things to show me that needed attention sooner than later.I made the trip with no problems, and am currently ordering parts to fix these issues with a couple friends. Thanks again you guys! I recommend this shop to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle.
