This was my second visit for a sanitary shave. There was a misunderstanding, which I understand happens. I assumed the groomers in the shop knew when I said “shave” I was requesting the same sanitary shave he had previously + sanitary shave is what I specifically requested when I made the appt. It’s hard to see my beautiful Persian with part of his back/side shaved off; hopefully it grows back like the rest of his hair (and I will get over it).More challenging than the shave was overall I didn’t feel heard. I shared he has arthritis and a few mats. The groomers were really rough pulling at the mats and the way they pinned him down and moved him was too rough for me personally. I’ve taken my cats to groomers for many years and I’ve never experienced anything like this before. I feel terrible that put my older cat through this.

My dog is really scared of having his nails trimmed. The staff at this facility are extremely kind and patient. Liz did a wonderful job, highly recommend.

The groomers here always do a great job. The most important thing to me after bad experiences at many other groomers is that they treat the dogs with kindness. I’ve had several long haired dogs through the years and have dealt with unpleasant and uncaring people, but Bubbles and Bows staff have always been so sweet to me and my dogs. My dogs won’t go anywhere else in town.

We started bringing our doggo in to Bubbles & Bows for bathing as he doesn't really like 'home baths'. We also appreciate being able to add on nail trims, ear cleaning (which he doesn't much like either), and getting his 'glands' taken care of. He has passed his vets approval with flying colors. The folks at Bubbles & Bows enjoy their work, and it shows the 'clientele' is happy and looks forward to coming in for the services they offer.

Really liked it the first few visits and then my dog was switched to a different groomer. She did not do a very good job the first time she groomed my dog. The very next trip there my dog was shaking when I brought her in to be groomed. Had the same groomer as last time. Specifically told her not the cut the hair on the ears and tail just trim a little bit. She cut all the hair off the tail. Did not follow instructions at all. Was suppose to do the sanitary shave in the rear. Was not done. I will not be going back there. The other place I have taken her does about the same level of care for less money and my dog is always happy to go there. She jumps into their arms.

I have a 10lb toy poodle they were able to get me in the last min. They seemed busy when I got there. They were still able to have her done and looking fabulous in about 1 and a half hours. Don't let the bad reviews deter you from giving these guys a chance.

Great place! They are very polite on the phone and in person. Took my chunky pit bull and very energetic heeler to Bubbles & Bows Pet Grooming. They did such an amazing brush out for my heeler. There nails are trimmed, ears cleaned and fur is nice and smooth. My dogs smell great!! I highly recommend them and will keep bringing my dogs here.

We took our newest kitty in to get groomed. Reasonable price point $65 for a short hair cat with bath, ears and nail clips and they will do the flea treatment if you have it. Plus they did an amazing job and she came back purfect.

Absolutely love taking my dogs to get groomed here. Jessie does a fantastic job! I'm a very particular dog mom and I never have to worry here. They look perfect every time!

Chaotic environment, a little hard to communicate with the staff. We were first timers, and weren't very happy with the cut. Groomer did not pay close attention to the face and tail area which is very important for our breed. Possibly would go back, not sure yet.

I took my "spicy" tortie in for her yearly lion shave. They do a fantastic job at handling the spunk and sass she has! I started coming here last year and wont go anywhere else!
