Friendly service. Professional people. The staff told me "if the bugs don't come off from the first wash, I am willing to give you a second time". And he did what he promised. This is how you run a successful business! Effective and courteous.

I took my Lil ride through the car wash this morning and for some reason the hood and top were dirty afterwards. I spent $25 and expect better results.

No pre scrubbing offered, even after asking. Car was sent in completely dry, had to go through again and still didn't get clean. Dirty spots and handprints still visible after 2 washes. Waste of money.

I went there to vacuum my van out and the prices are really expensive for a vacuum.... Especially for ones that don't work very well at all. I spent over $10 and I'm still not happy with what it looks like and I couldn't even get the entire van.
Disappointed ?

I would love to thank each and every employee at the 38th Street Brown Bear car wash location in Tacoma, Washington State for working hard at your place of employment to support your victims who are on lifetime federal benefits (SSI with Medicaid and SSDI with Medicare) from the Social Security Administration for the mental trauma and the emotional pain your customer(s) have endured at the hands of the employees who work at this location, for traumatizing of customer(s) for letting customer(s) sit inside the wash tunnel for some minute(s) on end. Some customer(s) have severe mental health issues (due to no fault of their own) that are caused by Brown Bear car wash employees inflicting mental trauma and emotional pain upon their customer(s) who have panic attacks and claustrophobia issues.
When you stop the car wash, and the customer is unable to get out of their vehicle it makes the customer(s) have a panic attack and makes the customer(s) heart race to where a customer may have a heart attack (due to no fault of their own).
The car wash should always be running to get customer(s) in and out without no problems.
I ask you; do you want someone to die of a heart attack because you didn't let that person go straight through the car wash without any problems?
