Came here because there was a giant spider on my driver’s side mirror. I’m not kidding, this thing was huge, pic did not do it justice. I couldn’t roll down my window without risking being attacked, so I yelled through my cracked door. The young man attending the carwash came and battled the spider to the death while I watched safely from inside my car.
10/10 will come here again, even if there’s no spider.

38th street ruined my paint job with micro scratches.
Owner asked me to email them. I did the next day.
I've never heard back.
My 2019 Charger needs an exterior paint detailing job!
This place is bottom of the barrel!!

The owner/corporate boss never responded. He gave me his email address to contact them directly for repairs but never responded.
I'm going to have to pay out of my pocket to have the micro swirl scratches in the clearcoat removed. Did I mention I am disappointed? I am!
Times like this, money is tight. The $300 to repair is a major bummer!

Spent $21 and the soap stays on the car. The vacuums cost too much. And as you exit the car wash to get on sixth Avenue there is a huge pothole that fills up with water and your car ends up dirty all over again. I think brown beard could do a little bit better by at least having that pothole repaired

I’ve been coming here for years. These guys are always polite and professional, plenty of clean rags, clean facility, located right off of sixth Avenue in Tacoma.

This place is awesome, I have the $44 plus change deducted from my bank every month so I can go through the car wash as much I as I want at any Brown Bear. I get the Beary Best wash and it always come out clean and shiny and they always have a person at the entrance to guide you through. Great service.

Our car was quite dirty due to living on a rural road. We went through the car wash, and it out looking squeaky clean, and poof all the dirt was gone!
