Getting ready to sell our first home.. started off with so many unknowns?! What renovations and updates should we do and at what point do we stop? How do we find trustworthy workers that will get things finished on time? How much do we list the house for?! Luckily.. we contacted Brandy!! Seeing her confidence and real estate knowledge immediately helped to put our minds at ease. Having her guidance on what things to do and not do were spot on! She even has a great reliable team in place - contractor, painters etc. that were able to come in and get the work done.. that was such a huge relief! Brandy found the perfect house for me. Even though we thought we wanted one style she saw right thru us and realized what was really going to make us happy. Brandy helped us find our first home as brand new Tacoma transplants and made the process so smooth. She is a responsive communicator, exceptional guide during searching and showings, savvy negotiator, and her years of expertise made her able to roll with any weirdness the market had to offer. Brandy strikes the perfect balance of following clients’ lead but also steering the ship where expertise is needed. She is extremely responsive and ready to jump into gear to quickly set up showings or put an offer together. Her recommended organizations/people for related things like mortgage lenders, home inspectors, etc. were excellent, and it was such a weight off to have trusted and vetted folks already identified for us. When my wife and I began looking for our first home during the craziness of 2021's market, we honestly had no idea where to begin or how to proceed. Finding Brandy while we still had months to learn and search was an absolute blessing, and in retrospect I don't know how we would have navigated everything without her.When we first called Brandy, we told her we had narrowed down our search quite a bit... from California/Texas/Oregon/Washington to "just" the overall Seattle & Tacoma area. haha! So sorry, Brandy! She took this in stride and asked us questions to help us consider all the different areas to make sure we ended up somewhere we truly loved. Despite us informing her we were possibly ~6 months away from a home purchase, she stuck with us and took random calls all through spring and summer of 2021, usually offering to drive all over the Puget Sound to perform video tours for us while we were out of town. By the time we were finally ready to put in offers, with Brandy's help we had narrowed our search to a a few neighborhoods of the Tacoma and Kitsap area. It's truly amazing how much she helped us with this process.Once the home-touring and "putting in offers" time began, Brandy just blew us away. Always on-call and working for us. Calling other agents and getting answers to questions at the drop of a hat. She was so prepared and it felt like we had the best weapon in the real estate market of 2021... Brandy Brazeau! :DWe ended up finding the perfect home, crafting a competitive offer, and getting a variety of credits due to Brandy's sharp eye and knowledge of old homes.I often think back on one of the first conversations I had with Brandy when we first started working with her. While still getting to know her on the phone, we were venting to her that, with the crazy market, we had no idea whether we'd actually be able to find a home. I had no idea how easy a true professional can make buying a home as easy and almost effortless can be. Brandy broke the mold when it comes to responsiveness and compassion. She new my situation and called on her team to make my home buying experience one of the most mind blowing things I have ever had to do. Brandy was a great agent! She helped my fiance` and I find our very first home. She was patient as we figured out what location we wanted and style of house we were interested in. After some issues with property management, the choice was made to put my husbands rental property up for sale. Brandy was our first choice for a real estate agent. We are currently stationed on the East Coast which makes doing business on the West Coast a little more complex. You really have to trust the person on the other side to handle things in your absence.
As soon as we contacted her, I was immediately impressed with how familiar Brandy was with the neighborhood market where the home is located and after a quick discussion, we got the ball rolling.
From handling the property management to getting the house fixed up, staged and on the market, Brandy handled everything with expertise. Her diligence made this process super easy and for exiting a property management situation and selling a home from the other side of the country, that is truly saying something.

Brandy knew we didn't want a cookie-cutter place and were willing to wait to find it, but she ferreted out something that was beyond perfect for us within a week or so... I wasn't convinced until we went inside, two days after it listed, and I said, "What do we need to do to get this?!" After that, we just went through step by step and she took care of us the whole way through. We now have exactly what we'd been looking for, but it took someone like Brandy, with a certain radar for detail and unusual finds, to nail it down for us. You'll love working with her. :)
