Had a problem with my boiler not providing hot water to my domestic water or my radiant heaters. David was extremely knowledgeable and quick to assess my combo-boiler and got it up and running. He was professional and communicated what he was doing/what he found/and what to watch for in the future. On top of that he was pleasant to talk to and made this as enjoyable as a house problem can be! I’ll be requesting him for future services!

Highly recommend. I knew within seconds of speaking with him that Benjamin was an expert in his craft. He quickly found the root cause of my issue and was able to fix it that day. He also took time to inspect my whole home and gave me tips on what to look for to prevent future plumbing issues. On top of it all, Benjamin was personable and a joy to have in my home. He's earned a customer for life!

David was great. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and it was a pleasure to have him perform the needed repairs. He originally came to assess an older tankless water heater, which he made minor repairs and discussed options should it need replacing. He then inspected the plumbing and found one drainage pipe that needed replacing and completed that job the next day. I have complete trust in David and would feel lucky should we require additional plumbing work in the future, that David or someone of his caliber could do that work.

Bob Larson plumbing will be my first call for plumbing from now on. Justin fixed our gas leak, that had been worked on recently by another company and was leaking again. He was very thorough, did a great job.

My over all experience with Bob Larson Plumbing was 5 stars , from the initial scheduling of my service, to the completed repair, Chris Finch the technician arrived on time, he was very thorough explaining what needed to be repaired to remedy the problem with my outside faucet, I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

Benjamin did an efficient professional job of installing my garbage disposal. I have used Bob Larson Plumbing for many years. It is a great honest company. But I really hate being asked to review every product or service I purchase. I typically ignore these requests but wanted to do Benjamin a solid.He did a fine job.

Chris Finch diagnosed the problem with our clogged drain and leaky pipe. We have very old, corroded pipes, and he expertly replaced them. He was professional, capable, and great at communicating the issues our plumbing has. He was able to start work right away. I highly recommend working with him.

Shout out to Sean for finding the problem quickly & fixing it & explaining how my new gas heater works. Also Daniel, the woman working with him & Anthony for installation. Ben for diagnosing problem with old water heater & explaining things well. Benjamin for fixing my busted hose pipe, explaining how it happened & how to avoid in the future. Chris Finch and Sean Williams pointed out stuff to me like my not so kosher fix for a retro repair and my unit shut off valve. They said my own repair on the upstairs toilet looks good and the downstairs toilet doesn’t look like it has a leak, which I was concerned about. I got an estimate for bathroom faucet installation for both bathrooms. I’m going to have that installed by Chris next week. I wondered about getting a bidet in my downstairs bathroom. Chris said, except for the electricity plug in, I could put a bidet in. It would need a T piece to send water to the bowl and to the bidet part. I'm very happy with his honesty and expertise!
Update. I have new faucets that I picked out. My old ones; one had a drip for over 20 years and the other had mold around the base. Now, the faucet leaks are gone. I like how they look!

Chris Finch and his assistant were both very friendly and professional. During my plumbing check he looked at everything and explained it in detail. I certainly would recommend Bob Larson Plumbing and particularly Chris Finch for any future plumbing needs.

My experience was great! Justin White came to fix my leaking pipe. He did a excellent job and I’m very happy! He also made sure I had all the follow up care I needed regarding house damage. I really appreciated that.
