Ordered a key, told it would come programmed at the cost of approximately $500. Got here and they decided, nope I need to pay $265 additional for “programming” and they’ll try to make that happen in the next hour. Not ok.

If you call in to order parts, they charge you double compared to ordering it online at the dealership website and picking it up at store. They should tell you that when you call in for parts.

This is for the parts department. I am not speaking towards them all but the younger ones are Very unexperienced and have a lack of drive to help you. Twice this week I had to do their job for them and when I gave them a vin and asked about a certain part, they had no clue what I was talking about and I had to give him a bmw part number mind you this is a very common part that they use all the way from 2012-2021 328i and other models. I got lucky and was able to get one of the parts during the previous trip when he just sat there quite shaking his head no as soon as I said I didn't have the car there which I had already gotten all the info needed and was able to correctly find what I need by myself after he brought out a couple options which I had to ask him to do. I am not new to the automotive industry and I know that they offer parts training and certifications. I will just be ordering my parts from now on. It seems to be difficult dealing with them.

Was in talks to purchase a very special BMW m4. We are almost at a deal and then the sales guys drops the nuke, all used cars have mandatory lo jack installed with a 3 year warranty costing upwards of $1299! What a disappointment that a name brand BMW dealership is doing these kinds of scams expected at pay here pay here dealers! It's sad that the gm has them doing that type of stuff. BMW already comes with gps tracking and the last thing you want is someone hacking up wires on a European sports car. Sad to say I will have to avoid this place

I called them THREE times to make an appointment and no one ever called me back. Thanks for showing your incompetence. I will never trust my baby with you.

We had a great experience purchasing a used car through BMW Northwest. We worked with Trevor, who was personable, friendly, and non-pushy. We reached an acceptable deal and felt that we received good service. I definitely recommend working with them if they have the inventory you are looking for.

I despise dealerships and the auto buying process. I worked at a dealership for four years back in the day and know the ins and outs of what goes on behind the scenes. The purchase process at this dealership was the best dealership experience I've had in a long time. Kevin was great to work with. We test drove the vehicle in the morning, ran some errands, and texted Kevin we'd buy the car that night. By the time we'd returned, he had the car ready to go. No haggling, no surprises, no BS. We had a wait of over an hour for finance, but it was late and they had other customers. The finance person we worked with (Steven I think) wasn't our favorite personality wise (especially some off comments he made) but he got the job done with not much fuss. Overall, I'd buy from BMW Northwest and Kevin again. They did not ask me to write a review, I just felt they deserved one.

This dealership has horrible customer service. They installed PPF on my vehicle and it's the thinnest most worthless PPF I've had on any vehicle to date, they slouched on the install by leaving many air bubbles that to this day never went away. Tried calling them to get it reinstalled and the person Kevin who runs the shop never returns calls. When asking to speak with a manager was given the run around every time I called, I called multiple times over the course of 2 months. There is dirt under edging of the PPF, tiny rocks have ripped the surface to let dirt under it, it's awful and I've had PPF on all of my cars for years! This dealership wants to make their money of upgrades and accessories and give you horrible service after. If you buy anything here, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you get anything you want done elsewhere! PPF, tint, ceramic coating, anything extra. Save your money and go elsewhere to a specialized shop!

I had a disappointing experience at the BMW dealership. The service was slow, communication was poor, and the staff seemed uninterested. It left me questioning the brand's commitment to customer satisfaction.

My daughter had a terrible experience. She's been to this dealership a couple of times and had a great advisor. The last time she went she ha a different advisor that checked her in took her vehicle back and then came and said they couldn't service her vehicle because she had a rebuilt title even though she's been going to this dealership since she bought her car. The service representative made her feel like she was a criminal and had a very nasty attitude and acted as if she wasn't going to bring her back her vehicle so she could leave when she asked her to. Last time I checked it wasn't a crime to have a rebuilt title for a car. This is a poor way to do business.

Let me start with the positives first. The sales professional that I have spoken with on multiple occasions, Larry W. is awesome! I wish we could have purchased a vehicle from him but the stars did not align. Last month, my wife was actively seeking a replacement for the SUV we had recently sent to Texas for my daughter who is a student. I got the responsibility and pleasure to find cars that fit and arrange test drives. After a couple of test drives, we settled on an X3. We already had our own financing in place, so it really came down to price and terms. I noticed damage on the trim. I was advised that price A would be the cost if I fixed the damage, price B would be the cost if the dealership fixed the damage. Okay, noted. Next, the brilliant (sarcasm intentional) leadership at BMW Northwest decided for every BMW on their lot, New or Used, that they would add Lo Jack w/3 year program for $895.00. It's one thing to ask me do I want an accessory on a car I am buying, it is something totally different for you to tell me I have to have it. I am certain the cost to BMW wasn't $895.00. I wonder how they are claiming that profit on the books! #Shady Another practice you see common to dealerships is that darn Doc Fee. Why?! I have seen these fees fluctuate, at BMW Northwest it was $200. Then there was another arbitrary fee of $2.50 for Dealer Admin Fee. So all in, Lo Jack and fees we are at more than $1000. Don't forget about the privilege of being able to pay for damages already on the vehicle. As you can probably imagine, I did not care for all the dealership shenanigans. I did not appear that the organization empowers their salespeople to get deals done either. At the end of the day, we bought a beautiful Audi Q5 SUV from Audi Bellevue for about $6000 more than we were trying to spend. Thanks Saleem (sales associate) for your energy, product knowledge and transparency it was refreshing! Thanks to Audi Bellevue for your transparency and business practices. To the leadership at BMW Northwest... Do better!

My older BMW key fob no longer worked. I went to see if I could replace the key fob battery. I was told this particular key fob does not have a battery so I purchased a new fob. I was told by the parts department that key would sync and all would be good. That did not happen. I had to bring the vehicle in and after a $300 plus inspection I was told I needed to purchase a new $1200 satellite communicator(?) to get the key to work and unlock the doors I agreed to that because I wanted my daughter to be able to remotely unlock the doors. Now I am being told that the 1200 repair/part did not solve the problem. But now the car can communicate and it tells them that I have some type of ground fault and that it could cost several hundred dollars just to see what the problem is and then who knows how much you could cost after that. So now after almost $1750 to fix a problem, i still can not open remotely open the car doors. Apparently they can see corrosion in the left rear compartment, but they never bothered to check if that was a problem prior to ordering this expensive part . They are unwilling to take the new part of the car and put my original part back on. There is no need to have this part. It doesn't do anything for the car. This a waste of money and a waste of time. Extremely disappointed will never go back to them again I would give them a zero star if it would allow me.

Scheduled a time for an oil change, came from Gig Harbor so we had to pay the toll. Was told when we got there that they couldn't change the oil because it hasn't reached 10k mileage - despite telling them the mileage beforehand. Absolute waste of time.
