I want to give a huge shoutout to Kevin at BMW Northwest for his outstanding service. I purchased a used Jeep from the dealership a year ago, and although I encountered some issues with the vehicle, Kevin went above and beyond to ensure everything was addressed. He worked closely with the mechanics and kept me updated throughout the process, which gave me complete confidence that I was in good hands. The repairs were done smoothly, exactly as promised.
Fast forward a year, I ran into an issue with the LoJack system and reached out to Kevin again. Despite the complexity of the problem, he had it resolved in about a week, showing the same level of dedication and professionalism as before.
I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional service Kevin and the entire BMW staff have provided. If I ever find myself in the market for another vehicle or know someone who is, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this dealership. Thanks again, Kevin and the team, for your continued support!

I live in kirkland close to the Bellevue and Seattle BMW dealers but I drive all the way to tacoma to service my car with the BMW Northwest because of the superior customer service. I highly recommend them.

BMW Northwest is such a class act! We have been long time customers. We recently had a repair that occurred just outside our factory warranty and our extended warranty was not covering. BMW Northwest stepped up and helped out. Now that is true customer service and why we continue to go back!

Morgan is the man!! We have now bought 2 vehicles from him. We showed up with no appointment and he made time for us and gave us his undivided attention. Just a wonderful experience, everyone was pleasant to speak to, everyone treated us with respect. Unlike other dealers they treated my wife exactly the same as they treated me. This is my go-to dealership from now on. I wish all dealerships and salesman were this good.

They really care about you at BMW Northwest. No hard sale at all, it is all about meeting your needs. Justin was so great! He was genuine from the beginning to the end. We bought a car we love, even though it wasn't what we came to see. You can really trust the process with them from the sales staff to signing the papers. Good people and I personally appreciate that they have long term employees. That shows so much company integrity.

The service was not satisfactory for me. The vehicle and plate were damaged and things were not put back together under the hood. I think the service team needs to inspect their work before the vehicle is delivered to the customer. That’s one thing I would appreciate. It really is frustrating to come back and forth to the dealership to correct little things.
The customer service is excellent! 10/5! Cameron was extremely professional and handled everything with respect. They’ve agree to fix the damages and offered a loaner.
