Don't let them lie to you about how long they have to keep your car before selling it. Follow the auction because if they auction your vehicle for more than you owe them you have the right to claim it from the state within one year. They will use dirty tactics to prevent you from retrieving your vehicle. They will be rude, unprofessional., and try to milk every last penny out of you. The worst part is the state is in on it because they receive the extra proceeds from abandoned vehicles if unclaimed by the owner. Legalized thievery.

It cracks me up how all these people who's cars were stolen, are mad at the Tow Co. for not calling them! ???? HOW ABOUT GET PISSED OFF AT THE POLICE FOR NOT CALLING!!! They had your information WAY before to tow company! It's not their responsibility it's LAW ENFORCEMENT!

My daughter's van was stolen in King County. It was found in Pierce County and towed by/ to Bill's. From the first contact with employees to getting onto the lot, they were amazing! 2 separate employees gave exact information necessary for accessing the vehicle. Front office personnel was professional and directed us where to go. The lot worker actually crawled into the van to help empty salvageable items. Another worker came to help family move items to another vehicle. Bill's really gave us a good experience in light of the terrible things thieves caused a family.

The reviews!-"They didn't call me to tell me they had my vehicle!" Was your phone number spray painted on the fender?- "They are thieves! They wouldn't release my friends car to me" so, you're saying they are thieves because they won't let you take something that doesn't belong to you? State law says they can't release unless it's registered owner. All the negative reviews are clearly made by people who feel entitled and not responsible for their expenses. If the car was stolen and you had insurance, the insurance would pay for towing and storage. Not having insurance that would pay for it is a YOU problem, not a tow company problem.

INCOMPETENTHad my vehicle for 3 days accruing daily fees, not once called me to let me know , the driver messed my vehicle up badly, tore front bumper piece off, damaged radiator, broke tail light, bumper to bumper with someone else's mustang. had someone else's garbage in the bed of the truck. o2 sensor was dangling from Underneath my truck as well..paid $568 to get it out and back home, which I had half a tank of gas and when I left was on empty, with dead battery that they kindly jumped for me, the owner came out and admitted the freshly torn plastic on the front bumper and said the money i paid would be reimbursed-claimed he liked to be thorough. After waiting in the office with their dog (they don't take care of and wash, poor thing..) owner comes back in says he won't pay for damages or reimbursement..along with a bullcrap excuse after he asked the operator about damages and he said he didn't remember.I have this encounter video recorded from when I seen the damages up until I got in my truck and left, forwarded to my lawyer already-and in the meantime will be checking out the BBB as well.HALF STAR FOR JUMPING MY BATTERYANDHALF STAR TO THE LADIES IN THE OFFICE, not bad people, they just work for a not so "do-right" kinda fellow.See you in court and have a blessed day

There motto should be “Oh your been in an accident, let me try and make this worse for you”. They’re open for 8 hours a day and take an hour lunch. If you need to be there outside these hours it’s a $160 fee. These people are going to hell.

Bills Towing is clearly overcharging people. I’m victim of auto theft and after police found my car they released it to this company. This company had my car. They didn’t called me and notified me that they have my vehicle. I called them and checked if they have my car. If I didn’t called them, God only knows how much the balance will be. They wanted to have more than a day to overcharge people. I paid $500 on top of a stolen vehicle stress. Awful people working especially the two ladies in the front desk there they lack of empathy, professionalism and they rude. I don’t know why is the system helping those type of business to overcharge civilian. All I want to say to Bills Towing is shame on you for overcharging people and bad customer service.

Scam Tow Company. This tow company has a contract with the city of Tacoma. They use bad business practices to scam and overcharge the residents of Tacoma. A very preditorial Tow company. They should be put out of business and bankrupted!!! If your car has been stolen, most likely, they will call Bill's Towing, should be called Dishonest Bill's Towing and Scam service. Doesn't matter if you're a victim of theft, cause once your vehicle gets recovered and picked up by Bill's Towing, no worries, you will once again be a victim of theft. Bill's Towing may even change the rate on you a couple of times before they allow you to pick up your own vehicle. If the greasy shell of a human dispatcher lady is there,I feel sorry for you. She might charge you double or triple the amount depending on if she had her Legendz cheese burger fix or not. Be aware of Bill's Towing Residents of Tacoma.

This business sells stolen cars from victims that pay insane fees. Bills towing you have major lawsuit coming from everyone you wronged. It is a FELONY to sell a car without a title or written agreement from the OWNER on the title. Mind you the vehicle was sold post payment of the release fee. Oh bills. How mighty a mistake you made.
