I thought a lucky "Penny" was a myth......I visited 4 places to find a certain watch with no luck, the lady at the Tukwila BBJ said that the Tacoma branch may have what I was looking for. I called and my lucky "Penny"(very patient and helpful) actually sent me a picture text of what they had. I was skeptical but decided to drive out there anyway....I'm literally still smiling, thank you Penny!

As soon as i walked in i was helped immediately!Shannon Daugherty was able to find exactly what i wanted. I was shopping for a special gift for my neice who is retiring from the US Navy with 27 years of active duty service! The gift is perfect! Shannon cleaned the diamond earrings and gift wrapped it for me! I am so happy that i have the perfect gift for my neice’s retirement ceremony!

Such a beautiful store.The selection is fabulous with something for every budget.I went in looking for a pair of nice every day earrings.While Steve assisted with my shopping another sales associate offered and polished my watch.I came home happy and with a perfect pair of hoops from The Lisa Bridge collection.

I came in to see my old friend Maria and brought with me a good friend who accidentally threw away a pair of diamond earrings we were there to replace them and after talking to Maria. She confessed that she hadn’t had any good sales for a while so when my friend brought her earrings, I bought a pair also to increase the size of the ones I had on. It was good to see Maria. She’s one of a kind.
