Absolutely unconscionable unethical immoral and downright cruel people. Completely irresponsible! After speaking with a manager outside of Bend before working with Bellevue I decided it was best to pursue a new wheelchair with this company. The gentleman in Washington made promises about their intentions their policies and their commitment to seeing a proper wheelchair issued with their new services in Bend. After setting up very specific guidelines for the chair and after waiting almost a year (first long delays getting the order sent to insurance and then delays with Improper parts and dysfunctional foot rest then confusion over headrest armrests... )After waiting patiently for such a long time time the chair was still not set up to the proper measurements. Once their one-woman show Meg was asked to meet me with a wheelchair professional and a physiatrist to discuss the problem; she simply couldn't accept that a 22 inch deep chair would be substantially different than an 18 inch one! After the meeting she told me she "set up a call with her "superiors" to troubleshoot the issue. " Instead I was met with a phone call (she fought hard to prevent me from having my doctor present on the line but failed ; " troubleshooting the issue" does not describe the ambush by two men that had no knowledge of what had transpired (while Meg kept silent) to tell me that they would no longer work on the chair. Your patience with these monsters will not do you any good ;no amount of gratitude (even if they are getting everything wrong ) towards Meg will suffice. She feels that she is doing her clients a favor and that having a wheelchair is somehow a luxury.She will say despicable condescending and inappropriate things to you when no one is listening and then she will play the victim of doing her job. When my existing wheelchair died I never heard back from them and instead the lovely man that used to work for them came to my rescue otherwise I would've stayed in an immobile wheelchair staring at the wall. Thank God he was a decent human being which is why he quit working for them. When you say you've set up service in Bend, bellevue, you should probably be prepared to set up proper services and if you get things wrong you don't blame the person in dire need of the equipment! These people are monsters and despite believing in not wishing harm on others after denying me the right for them to see the process through to the end and wasting another year of my life with no proper wheelchair and exasperating the injuries from it I think Meg (Eric and Dave who egged her on ...you know who you are) she deserves to be in a wheelchair that is uncomfortable improperly designed for her and excruciating. I wonder if she would change her despicable attitude then. As far as her "superiors" a job well done is protecting and investing the time to hear what the client has experienced so Vice president of the company who did not even hear a word I said in the phone call where are you so cruelly dismissed me as a client and a human being ... if you choose not to reconsider your despicable attitude and hire one terrible person after another and I hope your entire business collapses before you injure and destroy someone else's life. To the vice president in particular your actions should be punishable by law Add your heart and your conscience (if you have these human attributes) to your greedy despicable. business.

Highly recommend Bellevue Healthcare. Excellent Customer Service and CommunicationI was in search of a Lift chair for my Mom. Casey, District Manager was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I had reserved and paid for a rental of a mobility scooter from another company for an upcoming trip to Seattle for the holidays. They abruptly cancelled my order and I was very worried that I would have to cancel my trip.I called Bellevue Healthcare and fortunately got connected with Lalago Lalau. I told her my story and she immediately reassured me that she would help me out and would see this all the way through.She was able to locate a scooter for me in one of the BHC branches and made all the arrangements to have it shipped to the Everett location and eventually to me in Snohomish for 12/20 delivery. She called me and emailed me every step of the way, and went out of her way to make sure I knew it was all going to go through without a problem.Lalago was professional, coureous, and empathetic and willing to go the exrtra mile. Lalago Lalau is every company's dream employee , and an excellent representative of Bellevue Healthcare!

I needed a wheelchair for my dad and arrived 10 minutes before closing. Casey at the location did not rush me, answered all my questions and listened carefully to what I was looking for. He came up with the perfect wheelchair solution. I was extremely impressed by the kind and caring customer service plus the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this business!

Always excellent customer service, clear communication around my insurance coverage & out of pocket expenses. No co-pay up charges (like I had with a different vendor). I’ve ordered simple and unusual equipment over the years—when it wasn’t in stock, they ordered it & they even brought a knee crutch from Bellevue to Tacoma for me, saved me the long drive & there was no shipping fee!

Hi my husband is on Hospice care & we use this company for his oxygen needs. Because of a power outage we needed more oxygen delivered to allow a continuous supply for him. The Tech that delivered the tanks was Ramone. I want to commend him for his CARING service to us. As someone who is caring for a loved one, and the main concern & frustration at times is, if they have the best comfort available for them. Ramon was beyond with his service. He immediately accessed the situation, listened to my concern about the time that we were scheduled to be without power. He then contacted the office and within mins had a very satisfying solution to our problem . Having that kind of care and concern is and was very refreshing & just plain nice. THANK YOU RAMONE, for being an awesome caring person .. Blessings the Rivards

Linda at Bellevue healthcare was very knowledgeable and very helpful when I needed to rent a hospital bed fir my husband who had a quadruple bypass. I called on a Wednesday afternoon, the bed was delivered on Thursday morning, Linda was so helpful as I had no idea what I needed. The hound man who delivered the bed was very kind. He set the bed up and explained how it workedI would definitely recommend this company if you need hospital equipment!

The first person who helped us on Monday was knowledgable and very helpful. He would get the full 5 Star rating. I took the mask home and used it two nights. It did not fit me properly, (not the fault of your salesperson ) so Wednesday I returned. There were two young women at the front, who were very polite, but clearing did not know anything about my CPAP mask fitting issues. I really don’t believe it was their fault. I know you have lots of items in your business. Perhaps a general training of staff about the item you sell would be beneficial.
