The customer service we received was the best I’ve ever experienced. Nordstrom level for sure! Friendly, understanding and respectful. I highly recommend them for any of the services they provide. What a breath of fresh air In today’s retail environment.

I've been following up with my phone replacement for my Galaxy Samsung that's fairly new( I bought a few months ago). On, April 30, 2024, I purchased a $88 back replacement. I was told that I would receive the part within 2 to 3 weeks. After approximately 5 to 6 weeks I called in to follow up on the delay and was told there wasn't a part ever ordered. On my return from burying my uncle out of state, I came in to figure out what's going on with my part I paid for. I was told that it was never ordered and they would order the part with urgency (which would be a 2 week order). A couple of weeks past and I received a call last week Tuesday (6/11/2024). I came in right away and the replacement back was put on. I was told to turn on my phone and the screen was black. The other coworker was laughing at the guy that ruined my phone. All I received were apologies and walked away with no phone. Like most people my phone is my livelihood. I have out of state children, cardiologist appts, work calls, etc. So the next day I returned on 6/12/2024 asking for something to use. I had to get a loaner phone that I don't know how to use. Go to my carrier to get activation and paid a fees. I don't have contact numbers that are stored in my phone which is a black screen. It's been a nightmare and inconvenient. Still waiting for a resolution.

Do Not Waste Your Valuable Time going here. Just go across the street into tacoma mall and go to the phone repair kiosk guys. Much cheaper and Much more professional. Older white Lady at bulbs and batteries stated my phone was a liability to them and was too damaged. Didnt even want to take a look deeper. Jay at “Quick Repair” in tacoma mall kiosk fixed my phone less than 20minutes and am able to leave this review using that phone Bulbs and Batteries was too afraid to fix!

They guys there were great to work with. I had ordered my 6v deep cycle batteries online (10% coupon for ordering online/pickup in store), I received an email that my order was ready for pickup soon after placing the order, and the guys there unloaded the old and loaded the new batteries into my car. I also got the battery in my FOB replaced. THANKS!

Horrible place for the xfinity phone insurance. Had to replace the screen on a new galaxy note; the lady who did so did not set the screen in properly and also disconnected the battery inside. Came back and it took the same lady TWO HOURS to finally understand that the phone didnt need to be "pressed" it needed the battery looked at and the screen popped back into place. Turns out she had fully disconnected the battery, so the terminals were just plopped on top of each other inside the phone, and they still haven't fully set the screen. The warranty on their work is nice but that doesn't mean anything if the work they do is trash.DONT COME HERE

Do not come here horrible customer service. Just bought a brand new battery from them over $220 and it was completely dead when I put it in my vehicle , had to boost it to start my car. I guess this is normal because they didn’t seem concerned. I’ve never had to boost a brand new battery in my life but I guess everything is “whatever man “in Tacoma. Will never recommend this place to anyone. Y’all suck straight up ! ??

Erik did a good job replacing my Samsung note 8 battery; also they have the battery CR1220 I been looking for that I can't find in south korea. Today is a good day. Highly recommend battery store.
