A big store that tends to have the new products before the other stores in the area. I recommend checking here if you're trying to get a new release.
My bigger complaint is Bath and Body Works doesn't have a recycling program.

I went in today to swap two candles. one was a scent I ordered online and didn’t like. one was a new spring scent that wasn’t burning correctly. I didn’t think I needed receipts, especially since I’m a rewards member and everything should have been under that. I’ve shopped there for years, and this was my first time doing a return/exchange. I wanted to swap my broken candle for the same one, and swap the scent I didn't like for one I did. it should have been simple enough, especially given how easy the process is supposedly online but it wasn’t. I was immediately treated like I was trying to pull one over on them. They wanted receipts and apparently couldn’t locate me as a loyalty member off my number even though I showed them my end. They then wanted my card to try to look up the purchase but i didn’t have that card. after a lot of rolling her eyes and talking to a manager they begrudgingly agreed to swap the malfunctioning candle, and would only refund me 12 for the other candle on a store credit. my friend who lives back east swaps scents all the time with no issue. apparently in Tacoma store they’re so hard up they treat their loyal customers like criminals. I was really disgusted by this experience. Tacoma stores are getting trashier and worse by the second.

Clean store. Usually find what I looking for store is well stocked. Staff is friendly. The app is terrible for pick up at this location.

My co worker wears the pumpkin cupcake and it smell amazing I was trying to find it for my girlfriend but there out of stock till next fall ,however I did find it on Amazon.
