When they have sales it is for real A Sale. Now 4.99 $ is a great price for any of their body sprays, lotions etc. I was pleased with the holiday atmosphere too.

Very friendly service, very helpful. Everyone's always smiling and they actually talk to you. And you go into a lot of departments stores nowadays. People just look at you like you're crazy Bath and body work. S you can go into and they speak to you they're friendly

Love the location and staff is friendly BUT i was just there today. And I was looking for a body aash I know they had in the collection I wad looking form and she said they dont have it in a body wash. I went and looked online and even took a pic of it at the store I was at which was out of town. And came to this one thinking they had it. Well turns out they DO have it. She probably didn't know they do but that was frustrating to be told they don't have it in rhe collection but they really do and online says they carry it to in stock. I'll deff return but staff needs to know these kinds of things

Nadine the associate in this location was very helpful and friendly in spite of being so busy for the candle day sale and in general I really like shopping in this location they always have a lot of inventory and great customer service

Friendly staff, always helpful and close to home. Parking can be a bit of a pain in the rear end, but overall it's a much more convenient location, versus trekking through the busy Tacoma Mall's B&BW. I'll choose this location everytime! ???
