It was good the pharmacist Quinn is always so sweet and helpful and the front end people where also nice but it's hard to get help finding stuff there hardly any to help you :(

The girl at the counter was really rude to me and sarcastic. I think her name was Adrian on her name, tag no longer coming to Bartell drugs We’ll go to Walgreens instead

Lovely store. Associates are always helpful, I enjoy finding goodies here for the holidays. I would plead with the company though to look into the DM of this store. He came in while I was there and you could tell the employees we're a little scared. He came in and stood in the middle of the front rug as to ensure everyone knew his presence and dominance. Really sad these days the people can't treat others as people with in their jobs. His ego came through the door before he did and that's a red flag, you're not better than these people Mr. DM. You're not contributing to a safe environment for the employees. Bartells, please look into the DM for this store.

It's okayish. I go here because it's close by and convenient. The employees are friendly although the pharmacy often seems overwhelmed and understaffed. They are also out of many items and some times Rxs take an unacceptable amount of time to fill. Unfortunately most commercial pharmacies these days are pretty mediocre so not sure I'd find something better elsewhere

The last time my wife and I were customers there was January 21 of this year. That was my birthday. On this day, my wife asked to use the restroom and they basically denied her. Before this, I never really had an issue with the store and I used to buy headphones and pens from there.Recently, I applied to work in their pharmacy because it would be an easier commute for me and because I love helping people. Plus, I have experience and I actually care about customers and patients. So, I got an interview and was early. I get that interviews don’t guarantee employment, but the store manager who was substituting for the Pharmacy Manager told me that there were other applicants, which I also understood. Now, prior to this interview, I had called to inquire about possible employment and was initially told that they were only looking for Pharmacy Technicians. Long story short, the store manager, who I feel couldn’t run his household much less a store, gave me the run around and I basically had to pry out an answer from him, that I wasn’t selected. Not being selected isn’t the issue, how he went about it was.I write this review to simply say this: If this is how he acts towards potential employees, I am afraid to ask how he acts around not just his fellow employees, but customers and patients alike (Which are the lifeblood of any business i.e. retail.) I hope going forward that store gets a store manager with guts and honor, though I would have a better chance of seeing a pig fly.

This is the worst pharmacy ever. They constantly mix up my prescriptions and can't figure out how to fill more than one at the same time. I will have one filled and they forgot about the other. This has happened 3 months in a row. I just spent 40 min on hold today to get this figured out. I would go somewhere else but it's the only place that has my medicine since there is a shortage of it. Get it together, all I get is excuses why they can't fill them at the same time. I am always on hold when I call. Today they couldn't figure out how to get back to me on the call admitted to me by Mary. I hate this place, if you can, go somewhere else, cause they love to waste your time.

Everyone is very nice and I don't have any issues except for some reason the pharmacy is very bad when it comes to answering the phone. I don't know if they're just super busy or short staffed or whatever but that's a pretty basic thing to get wrong. Also when I go to pick up my script I only get half of it at a time. I'm prescribed two pills daily for 30 days but they only ever give me a bottle of 30 pills which lasts 15 days. I've brought it up multiple times and it's always the same answer of "That's all we have in stock". So why not start ordering more? I've been filling here for months and it's a battle every time I pick up my meds. Very annoying. I love the people and the store in general but it's getting ridiculous.

I Love this PharmacyI've had many other Pharmacies mess up prescriptions and I'd suffer greatly without til worked out. I've only had it happen once at bartells where they didn't tell me they switch my med to a generic and when I got home I took it and got horribly sick from allergic reaction. I called them and they said they'd exchange it. Not only this they fought my insurance hard for hours to get my meds approved. They made everything work out. I have suffered many times from other Pharmacies not willing to battle for me but I have been battling celiac disease, Celiac Artery Stenosis Disease and am hypersensitive to same reaction as gluten to fillers or overly processed stuff so the staff really went all out to help me. I wanted to acknowledged how hard they work. Alexia and Reilly are Amazing!!! Whole crew is!!!I'd be in the hospital if it wasn't for them fighting for me. I have internal bleeding and need emergency surgery! Thanks staff!!!I won't go anywhere else!!!

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. My doctor sent my prescription in at 7am I went in at 2pm and it still wasn't ready. They said it would take another hour, I gave them 2 hours and still nothing. Some of this medication is for a heart problem and is pretty urgent. Then they had the audacity to judge me on how much meds I require. Very unprofessional and would not recommend to anyone, terrible experience.

Worst vaccine experience ever. We walked in right before 5p. My husband and I were told they weren’t taking walk ins anymore today. But if we made an appointment online and showed him the confirmation # they would take us. So we go to the side. Fill out everything online show him the confirmation# and he takes our insurance cards and says it will be about 20 mins. 1 hour later we are told to sit behind a partition and the pharmacist will be out to give us the Covid and Flu vaccine. About 15-20 mins later the pharmacist came out. She has gloves on and is carrying 2 separate trays with paperwork and our vaccines. The area behind the partition is next to the bathrooms and water fountain. Supplies for the shots were directly under the water fountain. This is a public area open to everyone. The area was not clean. Sharps container on the floor. Overflowing trash can. She proceeds to open the drawers to get out supplies for the vaccines. She still has the same gloves on. Touches the dirty drawer and then touches the alcohol pad and the vaccine it self. The she did all the same things with my husband. She did change gloves but then moved the plastic supply cabinet and touched the drawers with her new “clean” gloves. The only reason I did not leave without the vaccines is that my husband did not want me to make a fuss, and he had already waited so long. He just wanted to get the vaccines and go. We will NEVER get anything from that pharmacy again.

Poor customer service. The pharmacist was not very helpful. She did not except the good RX price and charged us 10 times the GoodRx price.
