We had an awesome experience here when buying my daughter's first vehicle and would buy from here again. We purchased a 2006 Honda Civic and it runs great. The salesman was patient and kind despite some hiccups with our credit union. Highly recommend!

I was in the market for a Mercedes with 4Matic drive. I found a care at Life Auto and went down to look at it. Zaib was very helpful--NO pressure to buy/ He let me take it out on my own and it seemed like just the thing for me. After thinking for a couple days and checking with a couple folks more knowledgeable about the line than I am, We came to an agreement and I bought the car. Both Zaib and Khaled were very easy to deal with, answered all questions with no BS. Zib even delivered the car to my house.This is not the usual today but rather what my father did when he sold cars back in the 1950's. I was very impressed at hos easy a transaction this was. I was in the auto business for 14 years dealing with car dealers and this is as good an example of customer service as I found. I would buy another for these fellows with no hesitation.

Was interested in buying a car they posted online. I asked questions about the vehicle and possible trade in. They ignored me. You can see when people read your messages on the site they posted and just chose to not respond. As a prospective buyer it really turned me off of the company. If they treat you like this before they get your money I can only image how things go after they get your money. Buyers beware

Zaib and Khalid are two of the most genuinely nice people I have ever met! They will work with you, even if your credit is spotty (like mine ). They answered all my questions honestly and even had all the documentation confirming the work performed prior to my purchase. The vehicle runs perfectly! Khalid has over two decades of experience in exporting vehicles so he probably has a good eye on what to look for at dealer auctions. All the cars on the lot looked very reliable to me. I had a great conversation with them while I was waiting for the paperwork to sign and they even offered me refreshments and fruit. All in all, it was a great experience! It never felt like pushy used car salesmen were trying to get one over on me. We just talked like normal human beings. I would highly recommend checking them out if you're tired of working with dishonest sales people! Like I said, Zaib and Khalid are the best! And I've worked in the car sales industry before, so I can pick out the genuine ones who are trying to help people vs the people who try to push lemons like they're Bentleys. I'm extremely happy with my new baby!

I was messaging with Zaib Rehan on Facebook market place. I've never come across a salesman that is so rude. There's absolutely no room to negotiate (and I am very reasonable) and it's priced at higher than the highest value for a 16 year old car in excellent condition, which common sense states it won't be in excellent condition if it's 16 years old. Stay away. Super rude.

I finally bought my car here at Baja Fresh Auto. On the very next day my car started having some problems. So I took my car to the Toyota dealer because it was a Toyota Prius. Toyota told me I needed a new head gasket and a tune-up and also new fuel injectors a tune- up and a wheel bearing. I really didn't know what to do because I had spent basically my life savings on this car and it was going to cost me as much as I spent on the car. It will cost me as much to fix it. So I took a chance and called the gentleman who owned the place. And he was more than willing to work with me on this situation and I went in and found another car. And I came out happy as can be these people are more than willing to work with. So if you want dependable and honest people to work with this is the place to go Baja fresh Auto!!!

Alaa and bajah are the best! I usually don’t write reviews but i wanted to go out of my way to tell all of you guys that they are the easiest, most friendly, non pushy, helpful guys out there. It’s only them working and they work so hard to give you the absolute best experience. They have really good deals on their cars. I was skeptical about buying cars from a used car lot. I came in wanting to buy a commuter because my camaro was racking up miles. After visiting a couple of other dealerships.. i was ready to give up. I gave it one last shot and found bajafresh autosales! I am 110% happy with my chevy Malibu that i purchased. It’s in great condition and couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Alaa and bajah. Come check them out !! Don’t go anywhere else haha.

Broke auction vehicles nice people but shady vehicles get a better inventory of vehicles they might make it or just keep pushing broken auction junk and go out a business

HORRIBLE service..sold us a car with NO working break lights...headlighta didnt work...turn signals didnt work...combination switch needed to be replaced..i would not suggest this place to anyone!!! Only out to make a quick buck

First let me explain that I have been somewhat leary of car dealers, especially used car dealers, my experiences have not been the best. I have to say that my experience with Baja has been at the opposite end of the spectrum from past debacles with other dealers. Baja has been great with me and given me not only an unbeatable deal ?, but outstanding service and I believe the folks are genuinely good people who want to make sure you are satisfied with your experience. If I need another vehicle I will stop and check with them first and I will not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family ? ??
