I am beyond thrilled to have come here today. My battery connection started acting up after giving a random person a jump last night, and I came here in hopes of getting new terminals. I had no idea how I would get my truck to start again, but once I figured that part out, I had planned on trying to convince a friend to help me fix the terminals. Instead, Jason R made my day a lot easier by suggesting some post coverings and then offered to show me how to install them. He went above and beyond and not only made my day a lot easier but also saved me a lot of time and gas. Jason was very knowledgeable, customer service oriented, and somehow didn't make me feel like an idiot for not being car smart ? This guy really deserves a raise/promotion. People and employees like him are few and far between. Show him some love and appreciation, Autozone ❤️

These guys rock big time! Not only for the help they gave to me, time and again. But each time I was in there. I would see them going above and beyond with all customers!
Very impressed with their commitment to quality customer service and getting the needs of the customer met.

I came in and had no clue as to Acura's and was helped by Brian W. Who was very knowledgeable about what I needed and explained to me why I needed each part and how they played in my engine, after explaining to me he then came and helped me on his lunch break install the parts because I was broke down a few blocks away from the autozone and got me back on the road and when I tried to give him a few dollars for his time do to his lunch he declined and said working on cars and helping people are passion and said have a good rest of you're day and thanks for coming into and shopping with autozone...........

Former Shift Manager....employment there is good and bad. I was there when it was the 24/hr store. The DM that was but now isnt... good riddance.
As a customer it's a good place to get help from those that are knowledgeable.

Over the top service …Joseph helped me avoid the line and swapped my wiper blade attachments out for the right ones when I grabbed the wrong size.
