David B. was an absolute life saver. Best AutoZone employee I’ve ever encountered. Was super helpful, funny, knowledgeable, and really cared how I left their business. Went above and beyond his job. I will forever return to this shop just for his outstanding customer service ?

David and Malcolm were so helpful when I ran into problems with my car battery! I thought it had died and needed a charge but they looked into it and saw that my battery terminals were corroded. They then proceeded to clean the terminals and place a product that would prevent future corrosion. The service I received from them was incredible! Highly recommend this store for any car needs. I would not have a functional car without David and Malcolm’s help!

Really appreciate the customer service here. Specifically, my early-20's daughter went in to buy a new oil cap, because she dropped the other one down into the engine while adding oil. David spent a lot of time looking into the engine from above and underneath to make sure that the cap didn't land somewhere that could cause damage. He went above and beyond. He was also really friendly and helpful with me in finding air filters I needed for my car. Thanks David!

Worst experience ever!! Went into the only location close to me that had the specific part I needed for my car. I go here and some drug addict looking girl working there starts recommending other cheaper options and wasn’t taking no for an answer trying to find a result to the problem with my car as if she knew what was going on. She couldn’t even understand what I was telling her and WOULD NOT sell me the part that I was asking for!! I would rather drive out to Kent’s location than deal with someone like her ever again! She works for auto zone to SELL PARTS! She’s NOT a mechanic that knows what is wrong with my car! You guys shouldn’t have her working there anymore! Especially when she wouldn’t give me her name and didn’t see a name on her uniform. This was on 4/13/24 @4:15pm
